We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Did the Manatees and River Float.
I enjoyed the Manatees, as I do all animals and enjoyed being educated on this Animal.
The Float down River lasted a few seconds, it hit a tree and I fell off, unable to get back on.

NOTE: Pre-Book your favorite activities through Hotel prior to your visit, we arrived and Speed Boat activity “Adrenalina” was fully booked for the day!

I was skeptical about being dropped off and spending 8+ hours at one place.
But oh boy, was I surprised. By the end of the day, we were sprinting through activities just so that we could see more of the park.
It is a massive, clean, intelligently designed natural water park! No chemicals. No bull$hit.

Activities for little swimmers: Our 4.5 year old did the dolphin activity and the fish foot thing.
Water slide at the kids playground.
Kids playground is an understatement. We spent at least two consecutive hours in that area. Generally walking around the park, getting on the floaties, eating, ice cream, taking photos, short train ride.Pro tip: Bring or rent an all-terrain stroller that can lug all of your stuff (dry clothes, masks, etc.). Wear “water shoes” or some heavy duty sandals like Tevas that won’t fall off and will be durable/comfy in the water/walking around. There’s plenty of delicious food. I want to o back just so I can lounge/sleep in the hammocks! Ran out of time!!

Let me just start by saying that I usually do not spend time doing reviews but I feel it is necessary I warn everyone of what to expect at this park. I have attended a number of times before and always had a great time. However, I must say that after 5 years of not going to Cancun, I returned this past week and the food was extremely disappointing and I’m sorry but actually very disgusting, to the point that we couldn’t really eat a whole lot. A bit over 2 hours after breakfast, my daughter started feeling nauseous and soon after started to throw up. During breakfast, I had warned her to stop eating some of the food as the look of it was not very appealing but she definitely had food poisoning. We were a group of 5 and everyone had an upset stomach, and 1 of the adults had diarrhea while being at the park. We attended the paramedics and thankfully, my daughter did not have a fever but was obviously very dehydrated and we decided that it was not wise to stay at the park. I spent over $800 dolllars between tickets and dolphin activity and we had to leave the park by 12:30 pm and barely had any food for obvious reasons. I contacted a supervisor at the park about it to see if there was anything they could do to at least partially reimburse for the entry tickets. I was not expecting a whole lot but any empathy would have been appreciated. The supervisor advised that I would have to speak directly to the agency at the resort that sold us the tickets. To get back to the resort I had to pay $100 to take us back since the park is 1 hr away from the resort. During the car rid, my daughter kept throwing up and once again once we arrived. I went to the lobby to discuss with the agency and by 3pm nobody was at the desk. Next day, I approached the concierge at the desk for the agency and they said they would need doctors note (which we had because we asked for a doctor to come), a letter written to Xcaret group and any other evidence. All the information was sent this past Thursday morning and Xcaret has not had the decency to show any concern or reply to the request. I am absolutely disappointed at this group and I will never be returning to this park or any other Xcaret group parks. I will be warning anyone that ever asks for my opinion. So much for having certificates of quality control, etc. There is zero customer service, concern for customers and follow up on issues. Please, I implore you investigate the situation for the sake of visitors!

VISIT THIS PARK! I’ve never done anything quite like it, and for the price it was just incredible. Exceeded all of my expectations. The park is a water park that leads into the ocean, so expect to see loads of tropical fish. You can snorkel around most of the water, take a natural lazy river, try cliff jumping and zip-lining amongst other things. Optional extras include manatee and dolphin experiences. We easily spent a full day here and could have come back again. There are places to sit and sunbathe if you like and there are food and drink bars around where it’s all-inclusive. Snorkel gear is all free and you keep your snorkel at the end too which is handy for kids. I’d say invest in a little waterproof bag for your phone, everyone walks around with them and you’ll definitely want to take lots of photos! Oh also, it’s EXTREMELY clean, a real selling point for me. Water is so clear. Just lovely.

Really great place to spend the day. Relax down the lazy river, jumping from rocks, snorkelling and zip lining. We saw amazing fish and 3 sting rays!

We did also go on the water slide and this is the only reason I’m not giving a 5. ***Be really careful with the water slide*** It’s very very fast and there is potential for accidents like I had. I went on the fastest slide, and just as you’ve reached maximum speed, there’s a sharp turn before dropping into the pool. The sharp turn flipped me onto my front and I hit my head on the slide and I now have a black eye. I was following guidance, laying flat and arms crossed but I’m not sure I could have done anything to avoid me flipping over. It’s just a bruise but I’m aware other people have hit their heads too so it’s something to be aware of.

(For reference, I’m a size 10 female. My partner didn’t have the same experience and he’s taller so obviously heavier than I am. I feel like weight and what you’re wearing can make a difference to speed and potential for accidents)
