We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This was our second trip in 5 years to Xel Ha – and we had a blast once again.
My husband and I went, along with my brother and dad and can say they have lots of activities for all ages.

We went snorkeling which is great because you can do it on your own – you don’t need to follow a guide. We snorkeled into a cave as well which was a cool experience. We saw a decent amount of fish and a sting ray.

They have the lazy river which you float down, and it brings you to a place where you can jump off a “cliff” (approx.. 12ft tall maybe?), and after that there are water obstacle courses and zip lines that drop you into the water which are fun to try.

Their new addition of a huge water slide was also enjoyed greatly.

The food at the buffet was great, the staff were friendly and during covid they served you the food from the buffet. It was hot food with lots of variety.

Overall, we were thrilled and would go back again next time we go to Mexico!

We weren’t informed that the only bus trip to return the the hotel (stayed at Xcaret Arte) was 6pm until we were already on the bus headed to Xel-Ha. There were virtually no fish in the lagoon but we did see a couple of rays. Having a place to drop tubes after the river float once in the lagoon area would have been helpful. Anti-fog would have been a game changer for the masks as it was very difficult to keep them clear. The cenotes, caves, and river areas were definitely highlights.

100 USD is a high price, but you do get A LOT of different things with it. The park itself is beautiful. Trees, natural caves and lakes everywhere. And I have never seen so many fish snorkling! There’s even stingrays roaming free. The water slide and zip lines were fantastic and so fun. Food was pretty good too (we visited the International and Fast food buffet). Open bar cocktails were amazing! I didnt expect much from them, but they surprised us all in deliciousness. Getting to the park and back home went well without a problem with Collectivo buses (dont use a taxi, expensive). I warmly recommend to visit here, our group loved the day.

We live far away from Cancun and I was incredibly excited to go to the park with my two daughters. I bought our tickets (spent $498usd) at Marriott’s Cancun Resort and we left with the bus very early in the morning. The day was rainy, the floor was very slippery and although we were having attention and caution while walking around I slipped due to the wet floor and fell with my face straight on the rock ground. A tragic accident that suddenly changed our plans. I was bleeding very much and had a broken nose, cut lips and bruises in my legs. The life guard came to help for I was laying and bleeding on the floor. The other tourists were passing by because no isolation was made even to prevent others to get in touch with all that blood. When in the emergency center, I was cold all the time and the paramedic just cleaned my bruises superficially. Then I asked to be reimbursed of my tickets because the situation occurred due to XCARET’s lack of infrastructure, having slippery floors and not paying attention to the guests safety. I understand that it was an accident, but there was NO technical skilled people at all to deal with emergencies, they even asked if I had an insurance. As it was a severe accident they should have at least assumed their fault on that, and also reimburse me after the tickets not to mention severe damage to my face. It’s a situation I wish none has to go through for no real support will be given to the park guests. What was supposed to be a great time of amusement turned to be a nightmare.

Our Xel-Ha experience was amazing. The water park has an infinite amount of activities good for all ages. I am so glad we decided to add this to our vacation itinerary. The only thing we could have done without is the bus transfer. We wasted about 1.5 hours picking others up from other hotels only to have to switch to another bus to get to our destination. Our pick up time was 6:30 am which is pretty early for a vacation. We did not get back to our hotel until around 7:30 pm. Not sure how I missed the fact that this was not a direct trip at 6:30 am. This is the only part I could do without.
