We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

The place is well done, clean, with interesting activities BUT to claim it’s an Eco park is just wrong; many of the animals are kept purely for entertainment of guests and do not have any real natural habitats or freedoms (as you would expect in a genuine eco park) The owners don’t need to do this as there are plenty of “cruelty free” activities but they clearly value profit over animal welfare.

Really chilled day with plenty to do
We did the power snorkelling as extra and that was super fun!
Food is amazing and plenty of it!
Can be busy in areas but so easy to find your own space by walking through the jungle and around the park
All equipment included (snorkelling gear, buoyancy aids and towels)

We went here on a day trip with 2 adults and 2 teens. Everyone had a blast! Make sure you start your day at the lazy river and stop to do the fun big things like cliff jumping, zip lining as you flow down river. The snorkeling was very fun. There Are other things to check out as well such as the cenotes. We didn’t really realize that until later in the day.

If you come as part of a package through a resort, they will get you there early, before the park is open. I think this is intentional to get you to buy extra add-one that are $$$. Just be prepared for this. Other than that, we had a blast! Definitely would recommend!

Booked direct with park from UK. Coach collected from hotel at time advised , and we were in the park early which was good as we had a bit of a walk round first to get our bearings. Information given about the park on the bus trip in. Everything was extremely well organised and clean, food, drink, snorkels fins etc all included. Coach didn’t collect until 6pm which I thought we would struggle to fill the day but it flew past. There is so much to see and you don’t have to book an interactive experience to see the dolphins, manatees and stingrays they are easily viewable. Swimming in the cenotes was fabulous. Would highly recommend this day out – purchase a waterproof phone case before you go.

The park itself was beautiful. I recommend putting together a rough itinerary prior to arriving. My review is not reflective of the park in particular, but with the service prior & upon arrival. Transportation arrived at hotel and we were asked to show receipt. No problem. The receipt had my spouses first name in the corner, but had his middle name in the signature line. We were then asked to prove that his middle name was truly his middle name. “Alberto” asked for a drivers license. We supplied it showing the first initial of his middle name. That did not suffice. We then had to get a passport which also only showed a middle initial (not middle name) all while Alberto was taking photos of our documents. He was insistent that my husbands name was not correct. The resort sent advertising emails after I registered to my husbands first name so we knew there wasn’t a mix-up. After looking at driver’s license, hard copy of credit card on file & passport, Alberto said we were taking up too much of his time and asked we run to get the shuttle at the neighboring hotel. My daughter has a hamstring injury and reinjured herself trying to catch the shuttle. The resorts look close together, but to get to the next hotel, you need to go through alleys and backroads. Once we arrived arrived at the park, we were told the speedboat activity was canceled due to rough waters. We completely understood. When we went to reserve another activity that was offered in the package when we purchased (Adrenaline package), we were told it would be an extra $50 per person. We were not refunded after multiple requests. We did have a nice day but was very disappointed in service. It was easier to tour the White House in Washington DC then get into this park & we feel uneasy about our identity being compromised as well as dealing with a reinjury that has cost us hundreds of dollars in medical bills so far this year.
