We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Our family of 7 spent one day here. My review may start out a little negative but I promise it will get better! We truly loved our day here! We shuttled from our resort and were there all day. We had 4 teen boys with us and all looking forward to the speed boat thing. But when we arrived we found out it was not running due to high wind. That was disappointing but could not be helped. We also tried booking the super snorkel but it was full by the time we got to the line. We were 3rd in line. I was not sure how it was booked before we could even get up there but it was booked all day. I’d checked before we got there if we could book activities ahead of time and was told no, only book when we arrived. When we began walking into the rest of the resort, we found there were like 6 other lines to book activities in and we just didn’t get in the right line. I wish I had better advice, maybe go to a different line to book other than the one they take you to when the shuttle lets you off. We did manage to book the dolphin experience (which only my daughter really wanted to do) but her brothers were good sports about it. Right as we were paying though, two spots opened up for the super snorkel so we let our two oldest sons do that. When it was time to get there, the boys went off on their adventure and the rest of us swam and snorkeled nearby. When they were about half way done, the snorkel guy came and got my other two boys and let them do it too (that had 4 super snorkels). This was SO NICE OF HIM! We took the train to the top of the river and did all the lazy floating, cliff jumping, obstacle courses. It started raining and lightening but no one made us get out which was surprising and also, no one cared a bit because it was just too much fun! We ate at two of the restaurants and they were delicious! We tried to eat Mexican fare any chance we got but also ate a hamburger which wasn’t bad. We went to the tower water slide first thing and had no wait at all. Did it twice. This park was jam packed full of things to do and we had a blast! Advice, pay for the wrist band photo thing. There are a ton of spots to swipe your band and get a pic. Then at the end of the day, they send you a link and you can download all of them! We kept our phones and personal items in a locker (free) and this way we didn’t need to worry about pics.

Super fun! The weather wasn’t great the day we went but there was still lots to enjoy. Food was amazing! Cliff diving was awesome!

The park Xel-Ha was fun and we were able to do the dolphins activity, which was very nice. Snorkel very cool.
It is important to let the costumers know that there is no breakfast included, we were told that a light breakfast was included and it didn’t.
We were able to eat until 12:00 md.
Also, doing Tulum tour is nice but if you are doing Xel-Ha, due to my personal experience is better to do it alone so you can really go over the park and enjoy properly the all-inclusive rate.

Please please take photo ID for whoever the bookings name is under! I read only one review saying this and thank goodness I read it – some of you travel from far places to visit to take ID
The park is beautiful and very well run
Lockers for your items in coloured zones
Snorkels and all the gear is lent to you for free
Towels to dry off are offered
Food and drink all included and the lunch in one of the buffets was delicious
No chemical suncreams allowed although these are not taken off you and you aren’t told this when you get your wrist band
Lots to do, snorkelling, zip lines, lazy river, huge slide, bike zip line, caves, boat rides there’s so much to do to get your money’s worth
I’m not sure how animal friendly the dolphin experience is, i don’t know enough but seeing humans riding on dolphins fins doesn’t personally sit well with me
I hope they are looked after well
Also covid protocols followed to keep you safe
A great day out and staff are super friendly

Transportation to get there was a bit convoluted. We were staying 1.25 hr away from Xel-Ha. They picked us up and stopped at 2 other spots before going to an exchange station to change buses taking almost 3 hr to get to park, showing up 1.5 hr after park opened. There are lots of additional activities at the park that are all extra. We already spent over $100 USD per ticket so we just did what was included. We biked to the start of the lazy river. This was one of our favorite things to do, biking through the jungle where we saw a bunch of wild life up close. The lazy river was a little too lazy. There was no current for the first half through the thickets but it was still pretty cool. The kids jumped from the 12′ high rocks and we did the rope course and zip lines. The zip lines weren’t overly long or high but OK for what they were. Good for smaller kids. We climbed the lighthouse and did the water slide. Because it just goes around the lighthouse, it was a bit boring and made me a little nauseous by the end. Continued to pick up speed all the way down and was inundated with a face full of water before the end. Not overly enjoyable. We snorkeled which was pretty fun. Wasn’t much to see until we got close to a rock formation where there were a couple small schools of fish. Food was typical all-inclusive food, not great but not horrible. Same with drinks. We had a nice enough time but just weren’t blown away. I wouldn’t say you have to go but wouldn’t talk you out of it either.
