We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

It was ok but very misleading on what you get for the money. Everything is separate on excursions that is not explained very well, so when you walk in they have people bombarding you to sign up for things

We went here in January 2019 but it started raining within a couple of hours which spoilt the environment. I have been here previously when the weather was great and I loved it. Make sure the weather is forecast to be great on the days you book and you Will throughly enjoy yourself

This was my second visit to Xel-Ha. I went about 7 years ago and then again in November. The park was nice before , however, they updated and renovated quite a few things. They’ve added a waterslides and a few more zip lines. I would recommend this excursion to a family looking for adventure.

We were very lucky to visit Xel Ha on a gorgeously sunny day so could really make the most of this beautiful place!

We arrived early and went for breakfast before exploring the park. We were very impressed with the variety of food which really seemed to cater for all tastes!

After breakfast we went on a long walk around the entire park, exploring all the view points and sights around the park. We went and saw the manatees and walked through the forest learning a bit more about Mayan culture.

After our walk we headed to the changing rooms to store our stuff before catching the land train to the top of the lazy river. This was the most amazing experience and I could not recommend it more highly! Floating through the mangroves while the sun shone down was pure bliss! Has to be experienced!

After the lazy river, which we were on for around an hour, we headed back in to lunch. Again we were really impressed with the food and being vegan myself I was extremely happy to see lots of options.

We spent the afternoon exploring more of the park, whilst also enjoying a few cocktails while taking in the beautiful views.

Xel ha is a great destination for groups, families, friends. I think everyone would find it enjoyable and find something they loved about it! Highly recommend!

Love this place with or without kids(any age). I also brought my 75 year old father with me! Food & drinks are included which makes a quick stop for a snack a breeze. Theres something for everyine….river float (my dad loved it and the kids snorkel along beside us. Tins of fun…cliff diving,denotes, swim with the dolphins, snorkel, do an obstacle course, zip line, or relax on the hammocks! This was my 3rd time and we will be back!!
