Definitivamente debo volver.
It is a beautiful and very large place, unfortunately I did not have time to enjoy all the activities, but I am left with a very good taste in my mouth; the staff is very friendly, there are many activities included in your package and the whole operation is very well organized and very secure, so you just have to worry about having fun. Regarding the additional activities, I highly recommend diving in snuba cenote where the photographer of the activity took me some excellent underwater photos, which I bought at a reasonable price. I definitely have to go back.

Will write both in English and then in Russian.
We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults + 2 kids) we purchased this trip to Xel-ha from the lobby touristic company (paid USD $270 for 4 of us).
This included transfer, all inclusive meals and drinks, towels, snorkeling equipment. There are a lot of things to do there. But there were also some interesting activities for an additional cost (see the price list attached along my pics here). And they are pretty expensive I should say ( walking under the water on a 5m depth and interact with stingrays, or interact with dolphins, or had a ride on a 95 km/h speed boat, or ride a zip-bike.
The grounds of the park are well maintained, beautiful nature, slides are good, snorkeling is so so ( there is fish closer to the pier and we were lucky to see the stingray.
We had good time on zip lines, jumping from the cliff and cruising along the lazy river.
There is honestly nothing to do there with toddlers. My kids were fine as they are 6 and 8 y.o.

Booked from our hotel and payed $270 for four people, upon arrival we booked two people to swim with manatees and four for the sea trek. This cost an additional $390.
There is a fair amount to do, the park is huge and it would be hard to find yourself bored here. The lazy river is busy first thing so we found doing it again later in the day was more enjoyable. The manatee session was great and the guides clearly have some passion for these animals.
the cheaper sea trek experience was fantastic, once you are used the helmets being on the sting rays you see are amazing and they are clearly very comfortable with humans.
I wouldn’t go again due to massive expense but would recommend the experience. Might be cheaper to by entry to more than one Xcerat attraction at the same time.

My husband and I took our five kids (ages 26, 25, 19, 14 & 11) to Xel Ha. I did my research and read reviews and watched you tube videos and thought I knew what to expect. This place exceeded my expectations. Breathtakingly gorgeous and so fun! We were here on a 70-some degree day in January which in my opinion, was the perfect weather. We purposely went on a Saturday when I’d read it would not be as busy as a weekday. It was not too terribly busy. We got an all-inclusive ticket which I’d recommend. Food was really good I thought and it was super convenient to just pop over to the International Buffet restaurant and have whatever you wanted to eat and drink – whenever you wanted. We paid $90 entrance fee. One thing I did not like was that Xel Ha charges you 20 pesos to the US dollar which is kind of not right IMO. Exchange rate was, at the time of our visit, 18 pesos to the dollar and we paid in Pesos so we then ended up paying more than we would have had we just used US dollars. So I recommend you buy your tickets online ahead of time and use the currency that gives you the best rate.
Aside from that, everything was absolutely great! They keep the park super clean. Towels are provided as well as free lockers which was very nice. Snorkel gear is also provided at no extra cost. We brought our own though which I’d recommend.
We got there at 9am and went straight to the breakfast buffet then took bikes to the start of the lazy river. The river float was completely amazing and gorgeous. Crystal clear water and you start in the mangroves. The water was warm and slightly salty. It appears there is a film in the water and some people think it’s sunscreen but it’s actually a result of the salt and fresh water meeting as well as warm and cool water. It’s simply science. By the way wear no sunscreen or biodegradable. Save the environment.
We swam near stingrays at the end. We swam in a small denote. Cliff-jumped, zip-lined, climbed the stairs to the top of the light house and rode the water slide down (well my kids did anyway). There is plenty to do for free. We didn’t pay for any extras.
Kind of sad to see the caged dolphins trying to talk to each other from different cages. You see them on the way in and in the way out.
Great areas with chairs for lounging – or hammock areas. Tons of places to take pictures of yourself throughout the park although we did not buy the pictures. You get a wristband with a QR code and you just scan it all over the park and your picture gets taken. Then you can see them all at the end of the day.
We got there at 9 and left at 6:00. That was about the right amount of time.
