We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This is one of the big water parks of Riviera Maya. It’s Amazing to experience a day in this park. You have a lot to do/see, you have to be fit to enjoy all the activities.

Second time we have been here. It is really good, this time we swam with Manatees which was nice. Also did the scuba walk at the bottom of the lagoon and got close up to stingrays.. do it.

Just took my family here- honestly least enjoyable part of the vacation. They have some fun activities, the obstical course, etc, however they’re completely destroying the area. The pristine water now has a disgusting contaminate film over it from so much sunscreen going into the water. You can hear the birds in their “natural forest” but they are literally huge macaws being kept in little dog cages so the woods sound natural. Disgusting. Much better, authentic experiences and beauty to see in Mexico.

Family of 11 went to Xel-Ha for the day. Bit further away but well worth it. We only did the activities included in the entry and we had more than enough things to do without needing to spend more. Started with riding the bikes to start of river and then meandered down the river and did the activities along the way. It was lunch time by the time we had finished. The Mexican food was better than our 5 star hotel and the Corona’s were very welcome. After lunch had snooze in the hamocks while the kids did the water slide. It was a great day and I would highly recommend.

Fun family day out. We enjoyed swimming around and walking through the jungle areas. We bought an inclusive ticket which included all our food, drinks and hire of equipment all day which we were shocked by as normally you don’t get so much included. We definitely made our money back. Did notice a slight film over the water at times, not entirely sure what that is. We didn’t swim with dolphins as it’s not something I personally agree with. But all the other facilities were fantastic and was enjoyed by all.
