We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Husbands Meet World – June 17, 2022

My husband describes Xel-ha as a playground for adults. When we went, we chose and all-inclusive option that included a tour of Tulum, the attractions at Xel-ha, and food. Our regret is that we didn’t spend a full day at Xel-ha – there is so much to do that is included with admission including a cliff jump, tubing, a ropes course, snorkeling, walking trails, and more. There are additional add-ons as well for an extra cost. One of our favorite parts was that Xel-ha has cameras built within the infrastructure of the park. Simply scan your wristband, get into position, and your photo is taken. You can get a disc of pictures, or individual prints, when you leave the park. This was awesome because we didn’t need our phone or camera with us for the entire day. We wrote about the experience in our blog and on our Facebook if you would like to read more.

We went to the xelha back in 2014 and it was one of our main reasons we chose to come back to Mexico. The kids (teens) absolutely love it. The water is crystal clear and refreshing, you see so many creatures we seen 6 stingrays while snorkeling. It really has everything for everyone.

This place is amazing if you love snorkelling!! We had the most unforgettable day out here and are sure to return when we visit Mexico again . From start to finish there was nothing about the day I could complain about and it is set in the most beautiful location! This is definitely the trip that stands out by miles when I think of Mexico .

Organised the day trip through our TUI rep. We were picked up from our Hotel promptly and taken to the park by a lovely tour rep, can’t remember his name. He informed us of everything in the park, where to go, what to do and the best places to eat and drink. Great value for money for a whole day of adventure in and out of the water. Weather was superb when we went so getting in and out of the water was easy. We were picked up again at the park promptly to go home when it closed. Lots of shops and nice things to buy there too.

Breathtaking and relaxing. Get there early, take advantage of the free bar and food. So much to do don’t bother to pay for extras!
