We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Paid Entrance fee (90$ seemed steep) with Credit Card and used ATM in the Park for cash. Received a call that night that my Credit Card info. was copied and someone was trying to use it for several purchases.
Obvious security issues within the system / staff etc.

This is a wonderful place to visit and well worth the fee if you are able to be there for 7-8 hours. We did a shore excursion from the NCL Breakaway cruise ship docked in Cozumel. We got off the ship with the group at 8:30am, walked over to the 9am ferry, made it to Playa at 10am, and then bused down and arrived at 11am. We had only 3.5 hours in the park, and had to grab the bus back to the ferry at 2:30pm. Our boys were having a great time, but it was way to short to enjoy every aspect of this park. If you are limited in time and still go, skip the float down the river in the tubes. The current does not move you downstream fast enough and you will waste 1.5 hours trying to paddle yourself to the end. They have free nice sized lockers that seem pretty safe. The food is so-so Mexican fare.

One tip: even though the dolphin, manatee, and stingray experiences are an extra charge, you can see them when they are not interacting with people who paid to touch them. Their aquatic “homes” are pretty empty in the afternoon and you can see them up close, especially the manatee.

Great day spent here we booked we got there around 10am and left at pm when the park closes, we went on a Monday and it was busy but not to bad, we headed straight up to the top of the river before anyone was in it we got around the whole park its very beautiful, we paid to do the ziplane bikes which we did as a family and really enjoyed this, we did the waterslide and ziplines and the fish are amazing, you have to be over 12 to do the speedboat so didn’t do this but it looked like something to go back for another time, food and drink was included in our ticket price, food was plenty something for everyone, lots of nice walks with nature, loved it.

9 hours flew by with my family here! Something for everyone here. Water lovers paradise. Our resort staff recommended Xcaret over Xel Ha…..glad we didn’t listen.
