We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Hubby and I did this tour and really enjoyed our time. There is a nice variety of activities. I was happy I managed to climb the tower and go down the slide. It was amazing.

We spend less time here this trip than we did the last so feel like we missed out on lots the park has to offer. Still the water was beautiful. The staff and equipment were top notch as was the food. An excellent place to visit no matter what you like to do, hiking, biking, swimming, water slides. You can’t go wrong.

This is an expensive park but well worth it. You can snorkel all day in a huge lagoon, rope swing into a gratto, try the obstacle course, swim into a cave, and tube down the river. Life jackets are mandatory and definitely helped me feel safe about my children being in the water. All food and drink are included which is wonderful. There are some extra activities you can pay dearly for, but you don’t have to to have a great time. The park is huge and you can easily spend an entire day there. Transportation from most resorts is included which makes this a wonderful day tour! Bring water shoes if you have them and you can leave the cell phones in the locker because your bracelet will take selfies all over the park. There’s a pretty hefty cost to get these photos though so be prepared when you leave

What an experience we’ve had at Xel Ha. No need to bring towels, food or drinks. Everything is included, even the snorkling gear and lockers. We started our day with a bike trip to the lazy river, you could also wait for one of the busses or go for a walk through the beautifull forest. During our short bikingtrip we got to see some animals like capibaras, leguanas and some bird species. At the lazy river you could pick a lifevest whichs suits you best and snorklinggear, there also are different sizes of flippers. The lazy river starts through a smal river with mangroves after which the river broadens and you could jump of a cliff, take a zippline or cross a piece of the river by ropeclimbing. This is all a possibility whereas you could also keep on floating.

After the lazy river we took a breakfast at one of the many restaurant, we were surprised by de big kitchen and the lots of different foods and drinks there are offered. In the afternoon we also went to the snackbar, at which you could pick a hotdog, hamburger and lots of other foods, fruits also. Cocktails are also included so for the rest of the day we took mojito’s.

We snorkeled a lot and got to see plenty of fishes, also in the cenotes at Xel Ha. At some part of the big bay we also got to see very large mantas and stingrays! There are also dolphins and manatees to see. The dolphin experience costs extra so we didn’t do that.

The lighthouse with it’s 4 different tubes was also great, there are two different collored tubes, fast ones and a slower ones, they were collored blue and white.

I would surely recommend this aquapark. Worth every dollar and such a difference to the European aquaparks I’ve been to.

Visited Xel-Ha last summer (2018) with our 12 year old boy and had a fabulous time. They provide everything, towels, lockers, snorkel equipment, bikes, and food. It was great not to have to worry about bringing all that stuff. Parking was convenient and all the activities were not too crowded and truly a lot of fun. The staff there all seemed very professional and promoted having a good time.
