We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Don’t think twice – just book this amazing adventure! Yes, it’s pricey. Yes, it takes a while to get there. But the memories you will make in this gorgeous landscape are absolutely incredible. The scenery is pristine, everything is immaculately clean, and the attractions are plentiful. We went with our two sons ages 7 and 10 and also swam with the dolphins. Everything about the experience was top-notch from the dolphin trainers to the food and drinks. Wonderful day-trip! I wish we hadn’t done it on our last day… we would’ve gone back!

We’ve done a lot of snorkelling in the Caribbean, both in the open ocean, in bays and cenotes. Xel-Ha’s inlet snorkelling is by far the most entertaining. The water is calm and warm. Plenty of fish to interact with, you will see sting rays if you’re lucky. The Sea Trek was great, and the Mexican buffet was excellent!

This was a highlight of our trip! You need to get right to the tubes to start your trek down the river first thing in the morning. Get flippers as it’s hard to paddle if you are becalmed. There is so much to see and so you could literally spend all day floating and playing. But that’s a fraction of the fun. There is an amazing treehouse kids playground and several places for snorkeling. We saw a big variety of fish (and had the lagoon to ourselves) over in the spot by the train to the top of the river. We saw an enormous manta ray over there.

The giant waterside was epic. It’s worth the climb. My six year old even wanted to go again (note: they have to go alone but a lifeguard will catch them).

Don’t overlook the floating bridge and the cenotes and Mayan caves on the other side of the lagoon. It’s a quiet paradise back there.

While most of the fun is included, you can pay for encounters with dolphins or rays or manatees. I wish we’d have planned that so if that’s the sort is thing you’re considering, just book it. The downside is there really is too
Much to do in a day.

A few tips:

Bring a GoPro. Their photos are insanely expensive but there are so many opportunities for action shots and you get them all digitally.

If you’re white, bring long sleeved rash guards. There’s not enough environmentally friendly sunscreen in the world to avoid a sunburn.

They provide towels.

We brought our own full-face snorkel gear (highly recommend Aria- can get it from Amazon- no referral, just an honest tip.)

How to get here? We rented a car from Playa for 600 pesos. Way cheaper than the shuttle they try to sell you for $40usd pp.

We bought our tickets online in order to escape the line, however when we arrived there was almost no queue for tickets.
It’s a pretty big park where you can do lots of activities.
Snorkeling was pretty basic but still nice; zip line was very small, I would say more for kids; cliff jumps were cool, the hight was perfect; swimming in the cave – it’s very small and not adventurous at all; the big slide was cool, you can choose fast or slow slide.
You also can do an activities like swimming with dolphins 🐬 or to hold a stingray but you have to pay extra for that.
In our package food and drinks were included. Surprisingly food was good and they are serving even alcoholic drinks.
There are lots of sun beds and resting areas which are pretty nice and enjoyable.
Make sure you are not loosing your key from the locker, otherwise they’ll charge you 20$.
