We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time at Xel-Ha! Love the Dolphin ride experience and the water slide! The staff were welcoming and friendly.

We were really disappointed with Xel-Ha. The reviews on Trip Advisor and Google were fantastic; we even had a couple at our resort recommend this place. We made the 2.5 hour trek from our resort in Cancún only to be extremely disappointed. The snorkeling was total garbage – the water wasn’t clear and all the rocks were brown, no coral reef or pretty plant growth. Saw some pretty colored fish, but that was it. You couldn’t see anything snorkeling down the lazy river – best take a tube down that part. Almost everything else costs extra (dolphins, sting rays, manatees, fish therapy, snuba, speed boat) and after spending $108/person, we weren’t up to spend more. Food and drink were okay. But if you’re going there to snorkel and have a bunch of cool stuff to do without spending a bunch of extra cash – DON’T waste your time or money. Would not recommend this attraction and won’t be back.

We swam with the dolphins, floated the lazy river and snorkeled with the dolphins. Place was fun and food was amazing!!! Only downside was the pictures they tried to sell us after the swim with the dolphins. Prices were OUTRAGEOUS!!! We were with a group of 6 and the only option to purchase was if all in the group purchased. Overall the park was very nice with a lot of options to do things. Good excursion with different things to do.

I’m not a touristy attraction kinda guy at all. When our trip was originally planned I went along for the teenager’s sake as they wanted it. The place was phenomenal. Now I tell all my friends to go. My daughter was able to swim with and feed the stingray and the manatee. The whole family was able to swim and play with the dolphins. And this wasn’t a resort-ish quick dolphin hump trick but an hour of private swimming and petting and playing with the beautiful mammals accompanied by education. I loved the whole day. We arrived when it opened and left at close and never did I wait or run out of stuff to do. We didn’t even get to everything! So much to do! Totally an experience so worth what we paid for it. Staff was great (but stingy with the sunscreen) and the food and drink were pretty good too. If you’re in the area, you must go.

An great adventure on a quiet inland waterway that empties into the ocean. Great snorkeling, dolphins, manatees and many water amenities. Our trip was all inclusive with unlimited food and drink.
