We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Went here with a tour, this place is huge! We had done research and had found out that you can only use natural based sunscreen as this is of course a nature park. The lazy river is very enjoyable, and snorkeling was great! The food comes with admission, was amazing! The only thing that you need to do is watch for the birds as there are plenty there to swoop in a take unattended food!

We took advantage of the early booking for Xel-Ha and got the discounts. So we have been looking forward to this place for a long time. However we are always skeptical as we know that things look better on the ads. Look at a Big Mac for an example. However with Xel-Ha it was better than the pictures stated. We have been in Mexico for a few days and going to Xel-Ha has been great. Food, drink, and adult drinks are included. We did not know that (well we knew food, but not the drinks). Snorkel gear was free as well as the safety gear. Yes there are a few things not included, the prices are not that bad if you want to do them. Like next time I plan on going Snuba. Yes there will be a next time. Being able to snorkel in mangroves one moment and then the ocean the next was just great. People are nice and the price was great. Plus they seem to care about the environment.

Loved our day at Xel-Ha, everything is so well organised you can just relax and enjoy the beauty of nature with the convenience of park facilities. The snorkelling was fantastic, fish everywhere and space for everyone. The all inclusive means just that, including, towels, lockers, snorkelling equipment and even nice touches like bags for wet clothes. The food is amazing, eat as much as you like buffet, and drinks including alcoholic ones which was a surprise. I recommend this day even if the ticket price might seem expensive.

Learning to snorkel in a safe calm area was my goal. My younger son (8) loved snorkeling!
The tube ride is long, and we were warned. The longest part was crossing from the end of the river to the other side to get back to the restaurants, maybe we could have gotten out sooner and walked? My older son (10) panicked at the distance we had to travel.

I chose the first locker area and wish I knew ahead of time NOT to do that! All of the action is further in! GO to the RED lockers!
I also wish I had done our dolphin visit here. The dolphin area here is in very still water and it looks much more enjoyable than the one we actually went to. We went to the dolphin visit on Isla Mujeres, and having the ocean waves at our back made it very difficult and unpleasant.

The only negative for us was the “fast food” buffet had a sand floor. My son has sensory issues and sand on his feet bothers him, so eating in sand and walking to get food was hard. It even bothered me!

This is a beautiful place, well done, a lot of fun, safe water activities and worth spending the entire day there. Taking pictures together all over the park and with the photographers was also fun for us!

This was a full day trip as part of our week of winter sunshine. It was over an hours drive from our hotel and enroute the rep was very helpful showing us on a map of the park where were the best places to go. She also told us about the suncream. As this is a supposedly environmentally friendly destination they did not want us to use our own suncream, but to hand it in at reception to be collected at the end of the day and exchanged for their own factor 50 suncream. I had been on factor 20 all week without even turning pink, but one day using the parks environmentally friendly suncream and we all burnt badly. This might be in part due to their stinginess in giving out minuscule quantities, but I suspect it just doesn’t work, hence 99% of people still used their own.
We went swimming with manatees and dolphins and for the dolphins were told we had to shower off our suncream first. I tried arguing that we were wearing their own environmentally friendly version, but was told it made no difference, it was harmful to the dolphins, so what is the point of even offering it?
And is it any worse than keeping these beautiful intelligent creatures in enclosures smaller than our hotel pool?
We had photos taken during the dolphin swim and afterwards were told we could buy all 20 photos including having 2 framed for a special offer price of $130. Having paid the money I was given 2 photos and a link to download the rest. I was conned and angry, having paid the entrance fee and then extra to swim with the dolphins I was then ripped off for the photos.
Don’t believe this park has anything to do with animal welfare or saving species. It is just another tourist trap trying to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can.
Having said that, if you don’t care about any of that, everything was actually very well organised, and there were no queues for any of the free activities and the self service restaurant system worked well
