We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Xel Ha Marine Eco Park

My friend and I spent the whole day at this amazing Marine Park. The Park is well managed and thoughtfully designed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Below are some positive points and ways for improvement.
Bravo points:
1) The park was clean and all amenities were in proper order.
2) The staffs were friendly, helpful and they followed protocols.
3) Safety rules/protocols were enforced by the staffs especially the lifeguards.
4) Food and beverages were all inclusive and there was no shortage of food options.
5) Snorkelling gears were provided (mask, fins and snorkel). Snorkel was individually wrapped and at the end of use it was given as a souvenir and for hygiene purposes I think.
6) I really appreciate the thoughtful design of the park. I really like the fact that guests could drop off their personal belongings (wallet, sun glasses, phone, hat etc) in “water bag” at one check-point where the River begins and the same bag be picked up downstream at another check-point. Also if guests decide to opt in for the photos service, automated photo check-points (where camera were stationed) were scattered throughout the park. At the end of the visit, guests could collect/purchase their pictures on the way out.
7) The park is kid friendly with a well designed Children’s playground that is safe for smaller and older kids.
8) I really appreciate that the park tried to encourage guests to be Eco conscious by using biodegradable sun screen. But I believe more could be done by educating the guests about being Eco conscious and why it is important to conserve/maintain and how they can participate in an active role so the park can be enjoyed in a sustainable fashion for future generations. Perhaps this can be done by way of encouraging the guests to watch a short video presentation about the geology and ecology of the park.

Points for improvement:
1) A lot of the snorkelling fins and snorkels lost or abandoned by guests were found at the bottom of the sea bed or laying submerged on rocks. They should be get rid of.
2) More education should be provided to the guests to encourage Eco responsible usage and enjoyment of the marine park. Emphasis should be put on restricting guests to step on corals and even touching/plugging of corals.

It was a nice park but a lot of the activities, I’d say about more than half of them, are not included in the price. Breakfast and lunch are included, there are different restaurants with variety and everything was super delicious! During breakfast and lunch, a lot of the activities have literally no wait times, so I’d say have breakfast and lunch later than everyone else so that you can enjoy some of the activities better. Overall it was nice but we preferred Xplor. Be prepared to do a lot, a lot of walking. Take a biodegradable sunscreen and very comfortable shoes.

Went on the adrenalina boat trip ( cost extra) but it’s the best activity I’ve ever done. Completely thrilling and a huge adrenaline rush, it’s like being on a water rollercoaster. The 2 captains were so skilled and funny . The adventure park with the different zip lines and cliff jumps was great , plenty to do. Loved the big twister slide. I’d recommend the photo package because you can get a load of great photos without having to lug around your own phone and a waterproof pouch thingy. We put all our belongings in the lockers and just went and explored the park. Food and drinks was all inclusive and you can borrow all snorkelling equipment and towels for free also. Toilets were a bit basic shall we say and I avoided all the animals because I don’t like seeing them in captivity.
All in all a great day out .

This is our second visit to Xel-Ha. We love it here, just such a relaxing place to spend the day. All you can eat, drink and snorkel. The included activities are lots of fun too. We arrived about 8.30 am and left at 5.30pm. We didn’t do any extras this time and just explored everything the park had to offer. If we ever come to this part of Mexico again we will return here for a third visit.

We had a ball. Zip line, floating river, cliff jump, snorkeling, water slide. Food and drinks were good. A great day out.
