We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This park is a well oiled machine! It is so fun and organized. All food, drinks, snorkel equipment are included. You can float down the river and they transport all of your items to the other end for you. There is cliff jumping, repelling, tight rope walking, bicycling and great snorkeling.

I booked this trip with sunwing in Toronto, Canada a few months in advance and it was amazing..the weather was perfect, high of 28-30c no clouds or rain in sight..we booked 2 extra money activities which was the encounter with stingrays and “snuba” trek..each was worth the money and very organized..I had about 4 stingrays in a group around my feet..lots of different spots to just walk in and start snorkeling..zip line, lazy river and seeing different animal through out the park was worth the money..great place to bring the kids, grandparents or a group of friends..the buffets/restaurants were amazing, great service, hot good food, and all you can drink was included with the price..the views you get from this place is truly worth some screen shots..I recommend this place while staying in Playa del Carmen/ rivera maya

Just returned from spending the day here.
What can I say apart from amazing!
Excellent snorkelling, lazy river and many more activities.
We booked it as a trip as we are on a cruise. We payed £89 this includes a 45 min boat and coach ride, admission into the park and all food and drinks.
Absolutely fantastic value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to all ages.

Went to Xel-ha Feb 17/2019. We were a group of 8 adults. Honestly so much fun, so much to do and see for everyone. We had alot of fun and would recommend for sure!

I’ve been to five continent and 13 countries, this is the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. First of all, they say the pick up time is 7:20, and what you gonna do is wait in front of your hotel for 20 minutes. Then you are not going to the park, you are going to a transportation center where you got 50% of chance to sit with your family. They say it’s all inclusive but ITS NOT. All the fun activities including swimming with Ray, dolphins, speed boat, walking under water, jungle bike, fish foot massage are gonna be 65 dollars while you pay 120 dollars for entrance and transportation. I paid to do the under water walking and it’s a sh*tty experience. You see nothing underwater because of the sands and water quality. You are not gonna enjoy it. All you do is take pictures and pay 60 dollars to get the picture. The ray’s being guided by a diver. When you go to the only activity that’s free, which is snorkeling, your goggle’s gonna be foggy in 10 seconds, with the poor water quality, you are gonna see nothing, but it’s okay, because there nothing except seaweeds and sands. Only a few fish in certain areas. The cliff jump is pretty good thou, I had fun, I wish I had spent my day jumping. When I’m ready to get out of this place, my GoPro Hero 7 Black got stolen at the male bathroom!!!!! I was just going out to dump the tower when I came back there’s nothing but my handle for GoPro. And obliviously the park’s administration can do nothing for a 700 dollars FULL OF MEMORY Chinese customer’s GoPro except for saying, “your bus is leaving, get move.” The customer service said they are gonna call me but it’s 5 hours past with no incoming call. There’s not gonna be a returning visit for me, my family and my friends. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY, and every of my friend will know the story.
I say, if you can’t afford college, definitely go to this park and get ready to be billionaire.
Btw the thief, if you see this comment, please consider returning the memory card, you can keep the GoPro, it’s just I’ve got my video for yesterday and all my vacations.
