We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

My small family of 4 are not the “touristy” type, but we did do Xel Ha and the kids had a blast! You do pay extra for the major attractions, and it is normally really windy, so the snorkeling can be off, but a great place to let the kids run amuck while the adults enjoy the open bar and Buffett.

We had a great time visiting this natural water play ground!! Not at all what we expected but better! There is many many things to do like bilking hiking cliff jumping tubing cenotes and much more. We were unsure what to expect but pleasantly surprised when we got there. Make sure to wake the drunken bridge it is so cool!

This was our third trip to Xel-Ha. the last time was 11 years ago. We had no disappointments. I must say that for a larger man the fast side of the slide tower was quite a trip. Once down was enough for me. They have now implemented a life vest requirement. My adult daughter and I were in the water for about 20 minutes before we were noticed snorkeling without the provided vests and were “whistled” in to put them on. We were oblivious to the requirement but no biggee. It does keep you from diving down to get a look at fish that are not near the surface. I am not a drinker, and occasional glass of wine or a cider is about all I do at home but since hard liquor was included, and I always want to get a bag for my buck, I had several things, including something that I said, just give me whatever has the most booze in it. I can’t say that I really ever felt any affect from the alcohol so they must be watering it down some, but it all tasted good. So if you are a boozer, you will need to consume a lot of liquid if you want to get a buzz on. Food was good, especially liked the food in the smaller “Mexican” restaurant (I guess that would be the domestic food there). It was also less crowded as we went on a Sunday and the vast majority of people there were Hispanic and I would assume locals/day-trippers. We had emailed ahead asking for the slower day of the week and they replied with “Sunday” so that was the day we chose to go. We really never stood in line for anything. We would go again.

Natural water play ground, with great staff and good equipment. The included food and gear are great. Additional charges for more exotic parts (dolphins, zipline, adrenaline boat), but still a wonderful day.

Water park was only 15 mins from hotel, when you get there if you want to do anything you pay extra which is disappointing, lazy river ride in the inflatable is well worth doing, but not many free attractions, it was a full day getting back to hotel about 6pm
