The beauty of the whole park. We enjoyed everything. The river was a little chilly. All inclusive is a little misleading when there are extras once inside the park.

I love interacting with animals. The manatee and stingray adventures were well worth the extra money.

Had a great day doing all kinds of activities. The food and staff were great. The bus even had wifi. Would definitely go back.

River experience very good, food and drinks as well. Good environment and it’s feels in the jungle!.

Snorkeling and viewing 🐠🐟 fish was beautiful. It’s an inlet, so it was great to swim in calm water.
Even in mid February the water was cool, but immediately felt refreshing and comfortable.
Snorkeling equipment (including life vest) is provided free ($25 fee if lost).
All the workers were very polite, helpful, and most spoke Spanish and English.
The included all-u-can-eat buffet at the various restaurants in the park is a great idea. The flavors were amazing (quality ingredients), with obviously skilled chefs preparing it, and the variety was outstanding (Italian, Mexican, American, and Sea Food).
TIPS:
*There’s lots to do, so start early (no later than 11 AM)
*Dress cool but modestly for a family environment (it’s not a night club).
*Lockers are free (lost key is $25)
* Restaurants close@5:30 pm, so avoid the frantic rush towards the end when the masses all realize there’s a short time left. Restaurant at 4:30 PM becomes a little chaotic. So, eat around 3 pm, then swim again.
* Showers get busy at the end (park closes at 6pm).
* Some things are extra charge (swimming with the dolphins, your photos taken throughout the park, snuba diving (actual name), etc, so take credit card along.
* They require face coverings while walking through the park, and in restaurants (while getting your food) so bring enough and secure them while swimming.
