We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This is our 2nd time visiting. This place is amazing. The lazy river and the snorkeling are so fun. You can ride bikes, do the waterslide, see cenotes etc.we spent a whole day here and were not bored. Although it rained we had so much fun. Food is amazing!

Xel-Ha Park is clean and many activities do to, my family and I enjoyed the selfies stations. We did the Dolphins excursion it was fun and interactive experience!! We will definitely come back in the future !!!
