We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Swimming with dolphins and Snuba diving were such amazing experiences! We also did a day at Chichen Itza on the Xcaret Xichen tour and had a phenomenal time!

Xel-Ha is a bit expensive but it is a huge park and I think worth it. We tried getting a reservation online but it was booked so we called and they let us get a reservation for the next day. So I would suggest booking in advance. We also drove ourselves there so we didn’t have to worry about transportation. Parking is free so if you rent a car you can just park close to the front. It is about 40 minutes from Playa del Carmen and there are a ton of signs to keep you on the right route (it is right off Highway 307 so it is easy to find). We took our photo ID like other reviewers but were a bit taken back when they had to get the manager because my wife wrote her shortened name on the application and not her full legal name. Then I signed mine with my middle name which I go by. The manager approved it but I was not very happy about that since we were obviously the same people as on our passports. I do like that they have lockers in many different places. It was nice to be able to keep our phones and car keys and other valuables secured.

There are many things to do and we floated around the main bay and went down many fun slides. There were many fish in the water and we enjoyed the brief but fun swim through the cenote. My son rode the small white slide over and over. We took our 7 year old son who had a blast. I liked the buffet and felt it was a good mix of different foods and I enjoyed their margaritas. We stayed until the park closed and didn’t find it too terribly crowded. We didn’t do the dolphin encounter but they had a special the day we were there. So I can’t judge that. It is a huge park and it takes a bit of time to get around the entire park.

Seriously 10 stars. This day trip was SO fun and so well organized. The park is amazing and the snorkeling is beautiful. Getting picked up and dropped off at our hotel by Xel-Has big pink bus was too easy! We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend a trip to this water park! We had the best time exploring caves, rope swinging, and tubing down the lazy river. The park is stunning.

Park offered a variety of activities, some were additional costs that we opted out of. We did the river float, cliff jumping, and zip lines as part of the all inclusive and had fun. Teens did the big slide and while the view was awesome, none of them wanted to go more than once (they are adventurous). The food was our least favorite of all the parks but it was decent. Drinks were included and delightful. We found the park’s signage to be a bit challenging so we asked along the way. Snorkeling was easy for the kids in calm waters and wasn’t crowded. Fun family park.
