We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Absolutely amazing. We had the best time. Highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They take Covid precautions very seriously so I was very comfortable using all the amenities and eating at the restaurants. My son and I did the Zip Bike ride. Reasonable price and worth it.

Great place for watching wildlife. The Iguanas were funny, chasing each other around. We especially enjoyed floating down the river. We didn’t go up the tower as we have to remove eyeglasses & I can’t see without them. The food in the restaurants was good. It took ages to get there as we were first to be picked up & toured round hotels to pick up others (who we had to wait for) & we were last to be dropped off so would use our own transport next time as wasted over 2+ hours of the day.

This day was really fun and I’m glad the transportation was included . They give you a free water bottle which is nice and the history in Tulum is amazing . In Xel-ha we bought the picture package and that was 100% worth it. The park is big so you have to try hard to not get lost . Overall fun day they had lockers, bathrooms, and showers. Snorkeling was beautiful and the lazy river didn’t really push you down so you kind of had to push yourself . I liked this place and so did my teenage daughters. Food is average and the facilities are clean. People are nice and after all a good day.

Fabulous day adventure with little kids. The river float in the mangroves was incredible. Felt very safe with lifeguards everywhere. The little children area was beautifully designed, very unique and fun for our kids who are 2 and 4. Massive buffets and food options. All you can drink adult beverages is a plus 🙂
