We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Awesome park with a variety of activities to do! I love how they had food, drinks, lockers and anything else you could think of included! The food options were also delicious! Just wish they had more staff around the river with tubes.

Had a great time, we did the snorkeling (bring your own they charge a 25.00 deposit for snorkeling gear) waters slide and a cliff dive.

Buyer beware, the dolphin, stingray and turtle excursions are extra. I was originally told every excursion was included.

Otherwise I had a great time.

We recently visited Xel-Ha park and had a very good time but it could had been better. We got there when they opened and immediately headed for the water slide as they tend to have a line, there was no line but out of 4 slides only one of there was opened and we wanted to try at least two (blue and white) as they are a bit different. The second issue we found was that there were no attendants helping with the bicycles and a family group in front of us was making a mess and blocking the exit which created a bit of an unpleasant situation. It seems the park was understaffed in the areas I mentioned above.

Tulum was amazing, great history and you can see into another world very eye opening. Xel-Ha was fun but I feel like could have been done better. The food buffets offered were adequate and tasty. I feel like more info on lockers, towels, snorkeling equipment and so forth would have been nice beforehand. But overall the atmosphere was fun and very fun. Manatees we’re awesome, dolphins were great. And the floating in the river was perfect. If you plan to go I say do it but prepare yourself beforehand!

Xel-Ha was absolutely one of the best part of my vocation to Mexico. It’s an amazing theme park based around the Lagoon. I would definitely try out some of the optional next time but the free stuff were already pretty amazing for a first time. We ran out of time to check out the tower but had lots of fun snorkeling and floating down the lazy river.
