We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Love the snorkeling! The food was okay, but most of it is at places like this. The lazy river was fun! Too chicken to do the water slide!

I heard great things about this park, but wasn’t sure what to expect. It was better than we even anticipated. I was concerned about spending all day here, however by lunchtime we didn’t want to leave. We decided to call our private transportation and ask them to pick us up later so we could have more time for the experience. My top 3 moments: 1) putting on my snorkel goggles and looking into the beautiful clean water, 2) riding the mountain bikes through the trees. If you are physically able, don’t skip this by riding the tram. It was so much fun! 3) riding the waterslide down the lighthouse. If you like going fast, choose this option, otherwise go down the slow slide. It makes a difference! We paid for 3 extras, including the fish spa for our feet, the dolphin experience for our teenager, and the photo package. Take advantage of scanning your wristband any chance you can for as many photo ops possible. The entire experience was well thought out by the park who takes care of everything from lockers, sunscreen trading program, all inclusive food and drinks, etc.

The place represents the ecological system. you learn a lot from the Mexican culture. The park is very fun and safe. The Tobogán is amazing!!!! The zip line is fun. The tubing Manglar is very excited.

My husband and I spent the day here and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. Everything was so easy and organized. The food and drinks were great. Floating down the lazy river was so relaxing and enjoyable. There are beautiful sights and cool experiences to be had here! Worth the cost for sure.

Had a great time there with my wife we snorkeled, zip lined, jumped of a small cliff into the water we did the huge water slide which was kind of freaky cause im kind of a big guy. We also did the sea trek excursion, that was cool but the swell churned up the water and was hard to see. All in all good fun and the restaurants were wonderful along with the cocktails
