We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This is a must see if you are in Mexico! Xel-ha is unlike any “theme park” that I have been to. This place is HUGE with so many different things to do. Xel-Ha is built within its natural surroundings and they have made the most of it.

First, we started off with bikes on a scenic trail that brings you to the start of the lazy river to pick up our floating tubes. In the lazy you first start off under the mangroves, very cool experience. It then leads out onto a more open area part of the river that includes zip lining and the adventure park. Along the ride of the lazy river you will come across platforms to jump from. These platforms are high and is a fast plummet.

There are many things to do here, I would recommend visiting the cenotes (caves) that they have in the park. It is truly breathtaking. The water slides are y’all and fast, it is a must.

The buffet is a also top quality!

I’m not a huge fan of water parks, but Disney can learn a lot from Xel-Ha. Their emphasis on eco-friendly, natural environment is fantastic. And they have thought of everything for the customer – unlimited towels, free lockers/lifejackets/snorkeling gear. The all-inclusive food options are quite good – very authentic Mexican fare. And the swimming holes, adventure areas and snorkeling are all accessible, clean and fun. A wonderful day for the entire family!

We wanted to do an excursion and we’re contemplating the various option but choose Xel ha. It was wonderful. It is a beautiful Eco park. Although there were a lot of people it did not feel over crowded or you did not have to wait in long lines. The park is so well organized. Here are some details and a little advise.

In the admission you can snorkel in the lagoon which is so interesting bc mix of salt and fresh water, you can slide down the lighthouse slides, swim in the caves, float down the lagoon, do the water zip lines, and rope walk. The food and drinks are included and is actually pretty good. There are colored stations with lockers throughout where you can store your items for free. Lifejackets and snockerling equipment is also at various staions to use for free and you get to keep the tube. There are also other activities offered at additional cost but plenty to keep you busy without the extras. There is enough time to go all around the park within your excursion time.

Some friendly advise when visiting:
1. Buy the phone waterproof case at home for like $10 because there you will have to pay $35-40 for one.

2. Take your own photos. They have different station where u scan your bracelet and it takes the unlimited photos for a cost and they charge you more of there are more people in the photo.

3. If you take the water tub from the south side to the main snorkeling section, take your flippers as well. The water takes your slowly down to that area and it take a while so you need to be able to get to the end or you will be suck in the middle of the lagoon.

Lovely place enjoyed the snorkel through the mangroves in to the lagoon. Visibility was a bit murky though in the main lagoon. Cenotes good. Husband went on the water slide mental. Food very good and easy to get drinks.
