We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We went to Xel Ha as an excursion from our resort, and we had a great time. We unfortunately got there later than we would have preferred, so lesson #1 is either go directly yourself or ask your tour operator if there’s an earlier option. We didn’t arrive until about 10:30 am, and found it very tricky to sequence things we wanted to do before the park closed.

That leads to lesson #2 – be careful about booking additional (and extra-cost) options in the park, as the timing of these could make your visit even more challenging from a timing perspective. It’s a pretty large park, and sequencing your additional must-dos is a challenge if they’re at opposite ends of the park.

The lighthouse water slide was great, and a free must-do. We also did zip-biking, which was probably the highlight of our day. Very fun. We also did the swim-with-manatees thing, which was very cool, but the water itself was pretty murky (algae, we were told). Maybe not much they can do about it, but it did seem pretty grungy and if you’re a diehard germaphobe you might find yourself thinking twice about it.

Our grandchildren – all in their teens – had a great time at Xel-Ha. The place is beautifully maintained and offers a wide variety of attractions to experience. Dining was good. I would have given it 5 stars, except that there are too many ‘additional costs’ involved. One would think that with the high price of admission, everything would have been included, but it was not. Despite that concern, a great time was had by all!

We visited Xel-Ha for the first time and we will definitely go back! This park is far better than Xcaret park. You can do more activities and it’s spaced out much better.
The area to snorkel is like being at a huge lake.
There is a huge waterslide and so many other activities.
Beer and drinks are unlimited and stationed all over the park. We swam with Manatees and did the zip-bikes as extra activities. Take advantage of the Xelfie stations which are super cool. There are various buffet restaurants so you will never be hungry or thirsty and it’s all included in your visit.
You can rent snorkel masks but get a complimentary snorkel during your stay. They also provide you with towels which is really nice and you get a locker as well for your belongings.
TIP: Wear Water Shoes and bring reef-safe sunscreen.

Me and my other half visited Xel-ha Park today while on Vacation in Mexico and it is the best day out we’ve ever had, It’s a real action packed day with so many activities to do and loads of Hammocks and Sunbeds if you just want to relax. The all inclusive food and drink variety was very impressive as well, Can’t fault this place at all absolutely amazing!!

My boyfriend and I visited Xplor, Xenses, and Xel-Ha and I would rank Xel-Ha third of the three. I would have given it 4 stars, but having dolphins in captivity is unnecessary in my opinion and something I can’t support. It was relaxing and everything you need (including adult beverages, food, snorkel gear, towels, and lifejackets) is included. But, there are also a lot of activities that cost additional money. The snorkeling is very protected but pretty average – visibility varied and there weren’t a tonne of fish or coral to see. Go early and do this first thing in the morning if you don’t want to dodge rafts from the lazy river attraction and lots of other snorkelers. The lazy river itself was crowded and required a little physical effort to get your raft moving. Service was great through the park, though. A previous review suggested going to the top of the lighthouse waterslide to take a picture of the view – just want to note that you can no longer bring anything with you up to the top of the waterslide so don’t get your heart set on this option.
