We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

My wife and I spent a day at Xel-Ha water park, down in Playa del Carmen. I had been once before, actually over thirty years ago. I can’t say enough good things about this day. This park has expanded on the idea of ‘A Perfect Day at the Beach!”. I will go back each time we are down there, again and again.
A few specifics.
The food in all locations was good, fresh and abundant. Bars are well spaced.
The ocean water here is stunning! and warm.
The staff was top notch!

We came as a couple and were absolutely blow away! There were many options to spend extra money beyond admission, but we just did the things that were already included and had a blast!!!! Do not miss out, give it a try! Be prepared to walk a lot!

I visited Xel-Ha with several families. We took a private shuttle to the park so we would have more flexibility on arrival / departure times. We swam with the dolphins, saw a ton of wildlife, and snorkeled. They had high quality food and beverages. We had a great time.

We were there in early March, and was bussed in from our resort. Well organized, there must have been a hundred busses there and loading and unloading was amazingly orderly.

The park has a few restaurants and bars, everything is all inclusive for food and drinks and it was good quality. We started with the ride up to the beginning of the tube float down the river. You start out floating down this narrow fresh water river under the jungle canopy, which widens into a wider and deeper area where it starts to mix with salt water. Cliff jumps (with life guards and safe spots to jump), snorkling and some short zip lines ovr the water. The river turns into a big lagoon, maybe 10 acres or so. There are many places to snorkel and the water is very clear and still. FULL of all kinds of fish, just like swimming in an aquarium really. Bright colored fish and they let you get very close (almost to touch), and wide variety of sizes. There was even a 6 foot Baracuda underneath the floating swim dock the snorkeling was the highlight for me. I liked that they gave you a brand new snorkel (which you could keep) so you didn’t wonder how clean it really was.

Many other attractions such as dolphins, parrots of all kinds, hiking, caving in denotes and so much to fill your day. They have a big spiral water slide tower where great views can be seen from and a wild ride down.

A well thought out park, free lockers and everything is so well thought out.

Was the best attraction we did by far. Bought tickets from street vendor in Playa del Carmen and all worked out perfectly for at least $30 less per person than at the resort.

An absolutely gorgeous place that you won’t want to miss when traveling through Mexico. Snorkeling, relaxing or just taking in the scenery…all is well when you kick your feet up at Xel-Ha.
