We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Great day out. Two adults and three teenagers from UK all enjoyed it. Really good set up. We wondered the park over the day, not crowded at all. Enjoyed everything especially the snorkelling. The food, all included, is very good and puts other European and American parks to shame. Highly recommended.

This is a very pleasant place all inclusive with food, snorkeling equipment, boats for young and adult. You will find a lot of aquatic adventures and see a lot of marine creatures in their environment. Cenotes are also there. Recommended for active day on water.

I have visited Xel-Ha twice now, and it certainly was beautiful with amazing weather. I have had some disappointing hotel experiences in Mexico, especially with the beaches and food, so it was nice to be able to enjoy some amazing views here at Xel-Ha. The snorkeling was just ok…nothing super amazing, but probably due to the amount of people that are in the water at one time. The lazy river is fun, but very very slow process to get all the way to the end. The floats are difficult to navigate and paddle so you are pretty much obligated to just drift. I enjoyed seeing the dolphins, manatees, sting rays, parrots, etc. Once you have done the lazy river and seen the limited animal attractions, there is not much else to do that doesn’t cost extra money unfortunately! We spent an entire day there and had probably 4 hours of time that we were struggling to occupy ourselves and ended up at the bar or sleeping in the hammock garden. The buffet-style food was decent and was a welcomed upgrade to the terrible hotel food that we had been experiencing. I would recommend this park more for families with kids. Beautiful views, and would be fun for a quick half-day stop at the most.

The Xel-Ha water part is an amazing place to take your family, many attractions in there. Such as swimming with dolphins
Taking a tube down the river, ninja obstacles in the middle of the water, fast water slides and many more, it’s also all inclusive food + alcohol wise. Ticket in the place cost 89$ you can take from the local tours in 86388(477’7′:,”:$.

Amazing lagoon with blue clear waters, big colorful fish everywhere, mangrove River, Cenote, few zip lanes and slides, playground, swimming with stingrays and dolphins. Lockers, floating vests, snorkeling equipment, towels, food (very good!), drinks are all included.
Animals everywhere. Beautiful swing to jump into fresh water between the rocks.
