We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This is great day out for anyone, there is plenty todo and free food and drink all day. Be prepared for plenty of walking…
The lagoon is great for snorkelling plenty of fish to see and the lazy river is a gentle ride with plenty of areas to get off with features along the way such as cliff jumping and zip wire across the water. Be sure to try the water slide, great fun but be ready for salt water in the eyes. There is also dolphins here and you can get in the water with them, we didn’t because not a fan on them being enclosed. We also did the cave scuba which is brilliant fun being led under water to the cave and following a rope around, you don’t have to be scuba trained, awesome amazing and well worth it. The zip bikes are hard work but great fun and provide great views.
Plenty to see and fun to be had and a good day out.

This water park was a good day adventure for our tween. She is an only child and this park kept her entertained all day. It is a total water experience with snorkeling, water slide, extreme boat ride, lazy river with cliff jumps & zip lines. This park wore her out so much she was asleep in the short car ride back to hotel under 5 minutes 😎 if your vacation to the Playa De Carmen area includes kids this is a good long day for them. Be prepared to walk all day in your swim suit, buy their biodegradable sun screen you WILL get total sun! The total park day includes towels, strategically placed lockers and buffet style food. The food is fuel and nothing more but it gets your family through the day. Bring water shoes and swim shirt if you have them.

We took our two children ages 4 & 6 and they loved it. The lazy river was a NATURAL lazy river. The snorkeling was awesome everywhere. Food was great lots of options. Really very good for an all-inclusive. Pina Coladas went down smooth. We did not do the extras (Dolphins, manatees, looked like you had to book ahead of time) If you love hanging out in the water, floating on an inner tube or easing into snorkeling this is perfect place to do it. If the sun is shining it looks as beautiful as the website portray’s it. We could have spent 2 days there. A must see in Riviera Maya

Upon entering you see dolphins in very small enclosures, that put a bad taste in our mouth.

Overall, park was beautiful but it was just a very long day (9 1/2 hours). If you’re close to the park I don’t suggest booking transport because they the transportation doesn’t come pick you up from the park until 6pm. We were done everything by 1:30-2:00pm and laid around waiting for 4 hours which made us irritable and bored.

This place was amazing! Totally invest on the all inclusive, drinks all day, and food all day! dont have to worry about starving or being thirsty… whether your thirst is for water or alcohol LOL

Please be mindful that if you want to fully enjoy the park you must be a good swimmer… yes they have floaties, and life vests etc… but in order to do snorkeling you really need to swim. Also their lighthouse slide attraction doesn’t allow for you to go on with a life vest or without knowing how to swim. If your little one isnt a swimmer, i would say don’t invest your time at this park. This park is for swimmers or those not afraid of being in open water. Not to say that the park doesnt have lifeguards on deck, but still it becomes a hassle snorkeling with a little one who isnt into it.

Everyone will tell you this: the park is 80% water, 20% land and trust them when they do! Also invest on watershoes… they will make your life so much easier!

Picture package in my point of view is worth it… they have selfie stations set up in the cutest places, and you dont have to worry about giving someone your phone to take a picture of you… all you do is scan your bracelet and you’re all set to take a picture. From 3:30-5:30, they have camera men set up inside the water to take pics of you snorkeling.

All in all, a must go… its fun, its water and you’ll get a great experience out of it!
