We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

I had a blast, amazing experience, my friends an I were amazed by the water slide, that it’s going so fast but still amazing, also the people that work over there so kind and nice, the bartenders were great giving us advices so we could handle the alcohol better and not getting drunk straight away (that was good so we could enjoy everything) hahahahaha.
Food was amazing as well I ate as much as I could because everything was delicious, and well after I did my swimming, bikes and everything, of course I drank hahaha this is not the first time that I go, it’s my 2nd, and soon I’ll go back for my 3rd… thank you all!

Wandering Woods – June 17, 2022

We spent half a day at Xel-Ha after a sweaty morning in Tulum. After finding where to change, get snorkel gear and where to eat we thoroughly loved our afternoon of snorkling, walking, cycling and experiencing the beauty of this attraction. There really is something for everyone (as long as you like the water) and if excitement is your thing the waterslide tower and jet boat is exhilarating. My only critique was arriving for a half day was awkward, it took some time to orientate and the guidance to the right zone for changing and equipment took longer than we would have liked. All in all though, an amazing place…

We booked the platinum package for dolphin experience. A little pricey but so worth it! We learned so much about dolphins and had a blast swimming with them, taking pictures, RIDING them! A great time. Rest of park was awesome. So clean. Water is crystal clear and snorkeling was amazing. Utilize the river bags when floating down the river so you don’t need to carry anything with you. We regret not buying the picture package option for the park- seems like people got some really good ones! The caves were phenomenal- so amazing. Loved the water slide as well. Plenty of food/drink and the buffet was incredible and CLEAN. Great time, highly recommend for families even with younger kids. FYI it is about 60-75 minutes from main hotel areas but easy ride with the shuttle.

Booked this park after getting several great reviews from Mexican residents. Basically this is a Lake/beach with paths and rope swings. A family park trip to suntan, relax on a hammock watch the scenery and swim. It’s beautiful don’t get me wrong but I was expecting more. We wanted to try adrenalina but it was closed due to high winds & tide.

We visited on a cloudy, windy day so although it meant we didn’t have to worry about sun burn, it also meant that at least one of the extra cost attractions wasn’t available for safety reasons and the snorkelling was disappointing. However, my teenage children enjoyed all the activities they did and it is a really beautiful place. We didn’t pay for anything extra and arrived just after 9am and still only just made it to the bus at 6pm – plenty to do. I didn’t want to do the slide, so walked to the top of the tower – what a fantastic view. I would recommend Xel Ha if you are comfortable in the water – you spend most of the day in a life jacket exploring the different natural surroundings. Leave yourself plenty of time to have a shower before leaving as the changing facilities were very crowded.
