We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Definitely lives up to itts reputation as 1 of the best days out in the area.

So much to do here and everything food and drink wise is all included in your ticket price which you want especially drinks as it’s very hot and humid in Mexico, on that note if you considering xcaret park over xel ha then bear in mind xcaret is 1 meal 1 drink only it’s not all inclusive which would put me off straight away.

We also did the dolphins ,and if you are going to do the dolphin experience go for the primax package, worth that little bit more in terms of interaction with them a truly awesome experience.

Overall a fantastic day out you won’t go wrong coming here .

When we initially arrived, we were somewhat disappointed as we thought the only thing to do was to snorkel in the main bay area that you see as you enter. Little did we know, there was lots more to do! There is a lazy river, ziplines into water, cliff jumping, assault courses and snorkelling available. Lots of fun! The park is very big. Highly recommend bringing a water-proof phone case if you have one, since you are encouraged to use your phones to record on the way round.

We had a beautiful day here on my birthday June 10. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was perfect for the place I had some nice ribs and the ice cream was on point!! My girls did the dolphin adventure, we got a discount through our tour group, we paid 50 per child for 30 min. That was ok. Our girls liked it. We had to be stern with the hotel about them doing it without a parent. I wish there was more interaction. We did this tour in Dominican and lots more offered. The lazy river was beautiful, the zip lines fun for all ages. They have a hidden play area for kids that is super cool!!! This is a great place to introduce snorkeling to your kids. One hour was enough for our four year old but with so many things to do we were never board. We did bring her a mask and I’m glad we did, she’s 33 lbs and nothing fit her there but the life jackets. This was our second time at this park we were here almost a decade ago, I would say they need to make people follow the sunblock guide and stop bringing in stuff that kill the land and area.

We were headed to a cenote, but we turned around instead. My sons 10, 12 love water so this place made it worth going. Big open water space to swim and snorkel. Lots of fish and a sting ray in the water. They supply all the gear and life vests throughout the park. One huge water slide 15 mins to wait to get on it. The food is included in the price a d you can eat and drink all day! Lots of activities all over park. You’ll see iguanas and local animals in the park. Zip lining into the water and the floating bridge takes you to a cenote. They have cameras throughout the park for selfies which you can buy later. Non stop adventures await!

First visited in 2008 and this park is as good as I remember it was back then.
Took our boys (6&3) and they loved it.
All inclusive food and drink was all good and saved a lot of faffing around.
Snorkelling was best off shore away from the main areas I found with a massive area to explore.

The boys loved the kids area and we spent the whole day exploring.
Water fountains all over the park with purified water were extremely useful as it was very hot.

Didn’t feel overly busy like xcaret did so would highly recommend!
