We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We traveled to Xel-Ha for an excursion from the Valentin Imperial. We were able to book this excursion on the resort and they provided transport to the water park.
The water park of LARGE and has everything you could possible want or think of. The lazy river is massive and there is trail around the park that you can take. There are spots were you can take pictures while exploring.
Food is included so be sure to arrive early and the drinks (alcohol) was included and unlimited. There are changing stations and lockers and towels are provided. Be sure to arrive early to ensure you get a towel. There are many attractions including cenotes, zip lines, slides, a speed boat attraction.

Be sure to carry a case for your phone if you want to take pictures.

Had a good time while here, mostly spend the day snorkeling. Salt and fresh water don’t mix well so sometimes things looked blurry underwater. There is a shark net at the entrance of the lagoon so no worries. You’re safe. We did see various fish including some barracudas and a couple of sting rays, one over 4 feet across! Food was average at best. Kept our teenage son occupied and my wife chilled on the one of the many hammocks there while we snorkeled.

We had a party of 8; 6 adults and 2 children under 10. There was something to do for everyone. We are a very active group and loved being able to walk, swim, and ride bikes through different parts of the park. My older niece loved the cliff jumps and ziplines while my younger niece enjoyed the river float and snorkeling. Both loved the slide. My parents enjoyed the river float and my mother even ziplined and snorkeled with us. The food was good for all inclusive and the drinks were delicious. Watch for the Macaw 🦜 release they do over the river in the morning. Everyone who saw the birds loved it.

The river float took awhile so if you want to do everything at the park you may want to skip this or get out at the first exit. You definitely need more than one day to see and do everything, even if you don’t do the “extras”. Also, at the end of the day if you want to rinse off before getting in your car or the bus ride home do it earlier than 5:30pm or rinse off at one of the outdoor showers and just change in a bathroom stall. The actual changing rooms are limited and alot of people will take and actual shower rather than just a quick rinse and it takes a long time. We almost missed our bus. Hope this helps!

There were four adults and three kids (5-7 years) that took this excursion from our resort, which we booked at the resort as well. We wanted something that the kids would particularly enjoy, but we all had a wonderful day. It’s basically a large and natural water park area. Drinks and food were also included in the price, which was a deal. We did everything from hiking to tubing down a river through a jungle, to snorkeling, and looking at manatees. The water was wonderful and felt great on a hot summer day. I’d suggest to wait to eat as the restaurants were very crowded when we first got there. If you have water shoes, I’d suggest taking them, as they are really necessary. We didn’t know and ended up buying them at the store there. It was a long day, but we enjoyed ourselves greatly! It was so much fun that I’d go back again!!!

Xel Ha is a true paradise, the landscape is beautiful and the food is delicious. Of all the restaurants, I recommend the one that is in front of the beach. We were able to do the tour of the river with our 2-year-old baby without any problems. I hope you can visit the park, of all the parks of Xcaret is one of the few that allow entry to children under 8 years. It is a must to jump from de slide.
