We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Well, this is probably our 10th visit in 12 years with or without children/ grandchildren with us. Always an amazing day. Highlights include the lazy river, zip lines, cliff jumps (yep, even though I’m over 60 now), lighthouse slide (lord help me!!!!!!), Adrenalina boat (OMG), zip bikes etc, etc. A fantastic day…..one tip, buy the photo pass in advance, fab pics and great value for money……130 photos to look back on…..-amazing day. Good food and drinks too, included. Lost a star this visit as we wanted to do the Stingray experience…..upon arrival was told it was Adult only that day due to staffing issues. Not acceptable when we’d planned the trip 12 months in advance ☹️☹️

My only complaint about this park is that I wish they opened longer!! We did not have time to do all we wanted to do when we were there 🙁 But guess I will just have to come back if we go to Mexico again!!

Here we snorkeled which was lovely. We did the Primax Dolphin Swim and the Dolphin Sea Trek, both of these experiences were amazing, awe inspiring and so much fun. I must admit though the prices for the pictures are extortion!! They wanted nearly $500 for our pictures, on each activity!! With some tough haggling though we managed to get all for swimming photos for $150 and all the trek photos plus 2 framed pictures for £120.

We also did the Manatee experience which again was amazing, its not a thrill seekers experience, all you do is feed, stroke and snorkel with them. But this does not need to be a thrill seekers activity, these animals are amazing. They are big gentle giants who lets not forget are endangered, how many people can say they have come so close to this species!!

Unfortunately we did not get time to do the Jet Boat, Water Slide, Lazy River (through Mangroves),cliff jump or really even explore the park even though we were there for 10 hours!! I would definitely say this is a 2 day activity if you want to experience everything.

This was a family trip with two grand parents and a family with three children. It was expensive but, all things considered, it made sense as almost everything was included. Every person in our family enjoyed it for different reasons. If you don’t like this site and can’t find something to amaze you I would be surprised. We did the lazy river, breakfast and lunch and snorkling and and and and… What fun.

We spent the entire day at this park from 8:30am till 6pm.

It is fantastic, so fun and so much to do it is massive! Children were loving it too.

There is zip lines into water, inflatables, different Xenotes and rivers to swim in. Lots of places were you can snorkel to see fish. There is life jackets all around so you can take them off and on as you wish

You can rent the snorkel stuff for free and take them back as you wish and get more if you wish

Few places for food which is good, we went the international buffet as you had to wear dry clothes in the other. There was a large selection

There’s shops to buy anything you need and you have lockers for your stuff

Seriously recommend this place we had a lot of fun!

So much fun – lazy river, water slide amazing and fast. Great way to spend the day whether by yourself or out for family fun. Challenges all the way down the lazy river if you want to participate or just watch. Definitely a must do
