We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Our family spent a day at xel-ha and had a great time. I went down the waterslide and off the cliff jumps. The kids did everything including the ziplines. The ziplines are not that scary at all since they are not very high. Every must wear lifejackets so it was easy not too stress too much about the kids safety. We were able to swim in the cenotes as well as float down through the river. All in all a great day!

We spend one day at Xel-Ha and enjoyed every second. We bought standard tickets and had a lot of fun. In our eyes, nothing additional is needed. We arrived at 8:30 and left at 4:30, simply because we were totally exhausted.

Just some recommendations :
– Bring your sun screen and exchange it into organic sun blocker at their information desk
– bring swim shoes
– bring a swimming shirt, especially if you get burned easily
– Bring a waterproofed cell phone bag, so you can take pictures on your own

The nature is amazing and food is good. Have in mind that all the things from the advertising are extras and must be paid additionally. For the admitance fee of more than 100 US dollars you get only shnorckeling, water slide and food and drinks. Swim with dolphins (another 100 $), speedboat, trackings even zip byke all must be paid additionally.

Xel Ha is a very good place for a relaxing and fun day. You can go snorkeling, zip lining, cliff jumping, and go down big water slides. If you are ever around Playa Del Carmen, i highly recommend going to Xel Ha.

This park is all inclusive which is great and helps you to make most of your day. I think you need to be a strong and comfortable swimmer to enjoy the park. As most of the day is in the rivers. Zip lines were good fun and would recomend. Although they ask you to only use biodegradable sunscreen no one checks and we witnessed people using all sorts. We booked direct with xel ha and transfers were really good. Have tickets and bands ready so when you arrive you can enter straight into the park.
