The park has so much to do and you well never get bored at this place, the lighthouse attraction with the water slides was my favourite! Plenty of things to do but there are paid extras which you may want to research beforehand and are urged to book them as soon as you arrive due to limited places, we bought the photo pass which allowed us to scan our wristbands and could take as many pictures we wanted around the park with over a 100 picture points, the cameras used are good quality canons and we have since downloaded the images and are very happy with them.
Food and drink is all inclusive with a good selection
Its a very good day out and ones for all ages

great place to take the kids – all ages – large ocean-fed lagoon with snorkeling, zip lines into the water, rope course, cliff diving, waterslide, 4 all-inclusive restaurants with good food, shops, trails, floats and additional attractions at additional cost (jet boat, swim with dolphins, etc…) This is a good way to spend a half or full day in Mexico. You might want water shoes – I just bought some there ($31). They pretty much let you go and do what you want – they have lifeguards on waterslide, cliff jump (2) and ziplines but they are pretty lenient. Not like US where they are so afraid of being sued that they really restrict you. There is a sign at the ziplines (which go into the water) that you should be a certain height but if you are not, then you do it at your own risk. They even let you take off your life jacket when jumping off the cliff if you want to. It is about a 40 minute bus ride from Playa del Carmen. I would definitely go here again if returning to the Riviera Maya area.

I loved this place! How can you beat food included ALL DAY? The kids were happy because their stomachs were full and they stayed cool getting in and out of the water. We spent all day and still didn’t have time to see and do everything. I suggest planning more than one day here. Our kids were sad to leave.
We ate at the international buffet and had plenty of foods to choose from. The food was good as well.
The children’s playground was really cool and offered fun things for all of our kids ages 2-9. There was a small pool, tiny river, climbing structures, a slide into the water, sand to play in, swings, seesaws, …. They did a really great job with this section.
When you float or snorkel down the river, there is cliff diving and obstacles you can do along the way. The visibility was poor until we got out into the larger area for snorkeling.

On the flyers from the agency this park looked so nice. And it is in some points and sucks at others.
Let’s begins with the best part :
-nice area, very big.
-nice eco park system.
The negative part.
– way to expensive. We paid 200 dollars it’s to much for this park.
– the water smelt like sewage/toilet it was nasty. You tough you will get e coli.
– the food was bad no taste and full of people with no hygiene.
– the cool stuff like dolphins, diving and zip bike will cost you extra.

Dont be put off by the price ($100 US per person) of this all day (food included) eco aquatic park. It was a fantastic experience and there are so many activities to partake in including snorkeling, biking, exploring cenotes, a spiral water slide, zip lines etc.
Life jackets are mandatory at all times so even the non swimmers felt safe.
We caught the collectivo from Tulum (about 40 pesoes each) which was far cheaper than a 400 peso taxi ride.
We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner (restaurants close at 5.30pm) there and enjoyed the open bar!
Water proof containers are available to purchase for you phone to take all the water shots you need
Highly recommended!
