We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We went with our 4 teenage children and my mother. Although the price is steep, it is less than discovery cove in Orlando and this is the real deal. We rode the slide. Mixed reviews – a few had very thrilling rides and most of us had a slow go at it ( the more you weigh, the faster you go). We snorkeled near the sting rays and saw massive rays. Huge hit with my mom. We did lazy river. That is long and difficult to get out if your a little elder. Zip lines were not massive, but fun. The cliffs and other activities were fun. They have towels, water, drinks, food. Don’t need to bring much. Highly recommend adding sunscreen several times. They have the buffet meals and drinks well set up. We saw a lot of coati and huge iguanas. Fun for everyone.

Was a long day… we traveled from Cancun. Would have liked to leave before park closed. Slide was awesome. Food was surprisingly excellent given it’s bulk food. We went on a Monday so lines weren’t extra long.

Xel-Ha is a park for the family, couples, friends, is for everybody!, you can eat and drink all day, relax or do a lot of activities, there are lockers for you don’t have to carry all your stuff, showers, clean bathrooms, my recommendations is to arrive early enough for you take advantage of the restaurants and all the activities.

This is my second time visiting Xel-Ha. First time was in 2015, I have to say I noticed a big difference in the clarity of the water. 2015 was so much clearer and turquoise. This time around was a little murky, especially in the cave. My assumption is the massive seaweed issue Mexico is having on the Caribbean ocean. Other than that, my family had so much fun. We traveled with my 9 year old and 5 year old. My 5 year old was able to do all activities except for the big slide and bicycle. They do have small bicycles, but without training wheels. But he enjoyed the tram ride. All staff (store attendant, photographers, life guards, waitresses) were all very pleasant and helpful. We purchased the photo package. It was a little pricey, but in my opinion it was worth it. Every time we see a camera or a photographer, we took pictures… multiple times. It was nice to have moments captured without having to worry about my own camera.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I’m not happy with the manatee and dolphin not having a lot of room. The manatees are huge and they need a bigger environment. I’m sure they’re only kept there so the park can make money from tourist wanting to get near them.
