We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This is another park to have a lot of activities and explore the beautiful nature. If you go you MUST do the Zip Bike. This is completely another and different experience. Trough the jungle and nature, you do bicycle but exploring up high , low admiring the rocks, going inside the caves, etc some inches from side to side from you , need to live it to see what it means. We did also Snuba Caleta. And you can do many more activities. Going back hope next year and will do zip bike again😍

The park was superb, we did a few extras,swim with dolphins, dolphin trek and snorkel with dolphins, amazing !!! indeed a once in a lifetime experience, you cannot take your own camera in with you for any of these. The company takes lots of pictures and sells them to you for around $40 a picture or a deal of 10 pictures for around $250, 1 printed and the rest emailed. $330 ish for all the dolphin pictures, 3 printed and the rest emailed or $400 for the same but they give you a little book to put them in. shame on you xel ha. These packages are for the dolphins only, they sell more pictures around the scenic areas of the park but you can use your own camera in the majority of the other areas so you should do that, waterproof case for phone is a must.
There is lots to do in the park itself, best to go online and see what to do, food and drink was decent and the all inclusive option makes it simple.
Life jackets are provided and are mandatory for all lagoons and pools, readily available as are then snorkelling gear, flippers, towels, lockers and the like. Great fun for all ages and even non swimmers as the life jackets keep you afloat and come in lots of different sizes.
We booked our trip through Tui, picked up from our hotel at 0845, pick up time from the park 1730. We honestly didn’t have enough time to do everything due to the dolphin experiences so might be worth doing a little research prior as I think you could geta lot more done in a day if the times were more favourable, definitely a full days fun to get everything done or maybe a little more.
We thoroughly enjoyed it and apart from feeling a little ripped off with the photograph prices still give this place 5 stars.

My husband and I came for a day while vacationing in Tulum. Its pretty pricey but you do get all you can eat and drink while your there. Its definitely a unique experience and not something you can do just anywhere. The place is very beautiful. I’m glad we went. We got there early and were able to do many things before it became crowded. I would recommend going once.

We visited this place just to get out of the resort we went to for a week. The best decision we made we couldn’t of been happier, so many things to do and see. It’s definitely a must do, you will not regret it, they provide all the equipment, life jackets, snorkeling mask and tube, fins, towels and lockers. Food and drinks are included in the price. You will be going in caves, in mangroves, etc etc. I would go back if I were to ever visit Mexico again. I was there on June 24 the best experience ever with my wife. Loved It!!!!!

This was such a great experience! I went for the snorkeling and it did not disappoint. Snorkel down the river instead of tubing- you will love it. We did the zip bike- so fun and a great view along the way. Lots of other activities to do! A great day trip, especially with kids. Wish we had been able to go a second day.
