The girls wanted to swim with dolphins so our concierge told us this was the best place for it value wise. With private transportation tickets are normally $249 to for the premium dolphin experience per person but if you do your owner update at the Westin it goes to $149. If not swimming $92. That’s all food and drinks including alcohol included, transportation and. Park entrance. Well worth it. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The girls loved the dolphin experience. It was 30 minutes swimming with them with only 6 others and then later in the day it was 30 minutes snorkeling with them. I will say. You can’t take pictures on your own of the dolphin swim as they have the area surrounded but they do professional photos which were super expensive but you will want them so expect to pay like $200 for all of them. Or $40 per picture. The park itself is huge. It’s a huge reef park for snorkeling or you can just float on the lazy river. There is various activities – zip-lining, rope swings, cliff jumps, manatees, cave exploring, etc. we weren’t bored. They provide lockers.

If you’re in or around Tulum, Mexico this full day experience is well worth the money. We visited on a Sunday. It’s a full day of eating, drinking (alcohol and non-alcoholic), water activities, walking on nature trails, or lounging around. There are at least 4 places to eat and a few more beverage stations. The entire park is huge and when you’re in the water you can go anywhere you want to go. You will have to wear a life jacket but they are not that intrusive. You do not need towels or snorkeling gear since everything is provided at no additional charge. We brought our own swimming goggles and just borrowed flippers. That way if you swim across the bay the get out and walk you’re not stuck carrying a bunch of stuff. I also recommend water shoes since the paths are Rocky. *** If you buy tickets on line and have the mobile pass you still need to stop at the ticket booth for arm bands. Use the last window on the right *** Be patient, especially if they have a slow time finding your reservation like ours and the people in front of us. If you get there early, it will seem very crowded at first as everyone is funneled in the same direction. First thing to do is get a locker. You can go either to the right (red side) or left (brown). We went to the red. A person will hand you a key with a number. Find your locker. May seem like you are walking through the bathrooms. Then it’s off to the breakfast buffet which is close to the red lockers Lots of food! Again, this will seem crowded but you’re seated quickly. Then it’s back to the locker room where just inside you pick your snorkel gear. See the person up front who will scan your wristband and write the amount of equipment you picked on it. This person will also give you towels. Life vests are picked up at each entry point to the water. We got right in near the buffet and swam out and to the right across the bay to the zip lines, cliff jumps and rope swings. We then followed the trail around until finally making it back to the water slide. Slide was awesome. Here you will get another locker because nothing is allowed on you if you ride. No cameras, shoes, or goggles. Be sure your locker key is secured. You’ll know why at the end when you fly into the pool! We ate lunch at the grill. No waiting. Great selection of food and beverages. They keep bringing the beer until you say stop. The service was fantastic everywhere you go. There is also a beverage station nearby. Good selection of alcohol and they are not stingy. If you want a shot they will give it to you. If you tip them they might give you the hidden tequila! Go anywhere, eat anytime and as much as you want all day. We also are at the Mexican buffet. If you don’t get your $99 worth it’s your fault. You will have to return the snorkel gear before you leave but towels can be put into any towel bin. You will overeat, overdrink, and be very tired but you will leave satisfied. Did I mention the hammocks and lounge chairs? No waiting for these either. They didn’t ask me or my 18 year old children for ID all day long.

Bring nothing but your towel. They provide ‘reef-safe’ sunscreen, food, drinks, (alcohol included), snorkel and fins for swimming, tubes for floating. Wonderful park. There are a few zip lines, cliffs for jumping and caves for exploring.

This place was so cool! Never seen anything like it. Well worth the money. You could spend all day here and still have plenty to do. All you can eat and drink is included. Food was better than our resort’s. Really a great value.
They have lockers and showers. Bring a change of clothes for the ride home. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Wear good water shoes.
Life preservers and snorkel gear are readily available.
Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with a fear of water since so much is in the water. But even grandma (who is not a strong swimmer) had fun.
Brave little kids were cliff jumping. So many activities. Travel light when in the water so you are hands free.
Only time I got sunburnt in Mexico. So much time is in the water, hard to reapply sunscreen on my legs. Recommend wearing a long sleeve swim shirt – totally helped!
Only improvements would be better signage (couldn’t find blue area – walked in circles) and when sending people down lazy river, space out tubes more. We were jammed in and wasn’t as fun as it could be.

Our only wish was that we’d done this at the beginning of our holiday and allowed ourselves time to revisit!
Great day out, far too much to do in one visit. Sea Trek, Manitee Experience, Lazy River, snorkelling, zip lines. It was just an amazing day out.
Food and drinks all included and the Mexican restaurant was excellent quality with superb Margaritas.
Get the photo package and add as much as you can afford to get the best experience. Sea Trek was by far the highlight for me (extra charge).
Loved every minute, although I’m not sure there’s a lot for younger children to do, except swim and their little play park area.
Great day out for adults/teens and well worth the money!
