We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Given the cost of other big amusement park tickets this one is worth it because of all that is included. If you don’t want to snorkel, but like to eat & drink it’s worth it for an adult. Plenty of places to relax in or out of the sun. I am a germ-phobe so was very happy to get new snorkel we could keep as part of admission. If getting in the river; I would do so early or after 2 as mid day is very crowded. Worth it to make your way to their flagged areas as many colorful fish there. I would send really experienced divers elsewhere like the reef near Puerto Morelos but it was the perfect excursion for we land locked Americans staying in a condo. Also nice to be in water since seaweed on other beaches prohibits that.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day at Xel-Ha! Got the perfect weather for it and the time passed so quickly we couldn’t believe how much we got to do.
We visited the Manatees first thing, then biked up to Green Station and got the rubber rings down the river – such a great way to start the day.
Did hours and hours of snorkelling between food/drink/ice cream stops. Saw so many fish, including a couple sting rays out and about which were impressive.
The restaurants/bars were well-oiled machines and the food was genuinely tasty for how much they have to cater.
The zipwires and cliffs of courage were great additions for that extra buzz of activity. So much fun.
Thoroughly recommend visiting Xel-Ha for anyone.

The natural beauty of Xel-Ha was amazing! The park was very well organized and planned out. You can have a fun day here even without doing any of the additional extras. We got the photo package and found it to be a great service.

We had a great time at Xel-Ha we went on July 10. We had round trip transfers to and from our resort. The park is great, lots of wildlife, water activities and yummy food and drinks. The only 2 things I would change are: the bus back to the resort is too late, maybe if it left at 5 instead of 6, and that they would provide very strong sunscreen. I have no problem wearing theirs to save the environment but it has to be strong enough for people to be safe in the sun. I wore a sun shirt and was in the shade when out of the water and applied the sunscreen frequently and still got burned. It just puts a bit of a damper on the fun day.

Brilliant family day out. FREE snorkel/ziplines/lighthouse slide/inflatables/cliff jumping. Food and drink included, very nice. Quite a long day if 9am to 6pm and very in the sun…remember sun lotion, easy to burn in the water as we all found out! All animal related activities COST and they are CAPTIVE except for the fish in the river/cove. Dolphins and manatees in SMALL enclosures and trained to interact for food 🙁 Remember water shoes if you prefer – available to buy on site too along with uv suits etc but sure they will be more expensive! remember extra sun lotion on backs of legs if snorkelling for long – we all burnt. Reps advised biodegradable sun lotion needed – but we weren’t checked even though we went to the expense of buying extra lotion to meet that criteria! more likely an issue when swimming closer with dolphins/manatees as normal lotion can affect them worse but again, not checked before swimming with manatees. DONT get caught unawares with other activities either – looking forward to jumping and and swimming in cenotes – but it costs extra too!! Altogether a beautiful environment, snorkelling down the river was amazing and the best part of the day for me as it involved no captivity and no extra cost.
