We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Great day out if a little expensive.
Loads to do
Swim with dolphins, manatees,rays ,sea walk , extreme boat ride ,sky ride ,cenote walk /swim.all extra cost once inside the park . everything else included food and drink .food really good .
Definitely recommend getting a new style full face snorkel mask and take advantage of all the places you can snorkel,there are rays swimming around so you can skip the ray experience
Don’t do the sea walk water to murky to see much and current is strong ,one of our party couldn’t stand the helmet and never got in the water no refunds
Lockers and towels provided free as well as snorkel equipment Inc brand new mouth piece to keep life jackets must be worn but also provided at all water entrances

This was a huge splurge for our family; the park entrance plus add-ones ended up costing us an arm and a leg, but if you go in knowing that, it’s a fabulous park. We arrived when it opened (8:30am) and left when it closed (6pm). Per other reviews, we made a bee-line to the big slide (around the lighthouse) and went on it twice. It was fun, but not so good that I would recommend waiting in line for it (there was no line when we got there). We explored all areas of the park and my kids enjoyed the Adventure World the most. I liked the lazy river (best to go last thing in the afternoon, otherwise it is like bumper cars). Snorkeling was fun, but not my favorite part. We never waited more than five
minutes for anything, including zip lines. Restaurants were buffet style and we got seated immediately for all meals. Food was good and beverages (alcoholic and not) were free flowing.
My teenagers did the zip bikes and liked them, but didn’t love them. My 13 y/o and my wife did the Adreneline Boat ride and absolutely loved it. My wife did the Manatee Experience and also loved it. The one thing that was very annoying was that people did not respect the biodegradable sunscreen rule. Please…take advantage of the sunscreen trade-in place, or, better yet, bring your own biodegradable sunscreen (we used Sun Bum Mineral). It was terrible seeing so many people flaunting the rule. I wish the park enforced it better (or at all).
We went on a Thursday and, while there were a lot of people, I would not call it packed. I would avoid going on a weekend, if you have the choice.

This park, for me even though very pretty is way overpriced. At 129 USD x 4 for our family which equates to around £430 plus £30 to exchange I expected more. Everything in this park was expensive to buy. We wanted to buy some beach shoes but at $30usd they could keep them, they are around £5 to purchase in the UK. I felt that they really are trying to cash in on US and European visitors. There’s basically 1 slide, a very slow lazy river and a couple of zip lines and that was it. If you wanted to do anything else, even put your feet in a fish bowl it was extra. Swim with dolphins, extreme boat ride sky ride etc all extra so very little was included in the price. The grounds are really pretty to walk around and we did enjoy the cycle ride up to the top of the river but it was a struggle to fill the day. A half day ticket without food would be better as you could visit and do what you wanted and then leave rather than having to eat the food and drink there which were full of flies. At the price paid I would not recommend.

Visited here yesterday as a family of 4. We were blown away with how beautiful the place was. Everything was so organized, from lockers, photo opportunities throughout the park, wonderful restaurants and bars that are all included in the price. We can’t explain how picturesque this place is and highly recommend to anyone. So much to do if your looking for a fun filled day with so many different activities. Well done to all the staff throughout the park who are so helpful and friendly. BRILLIANT.
