We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This was my third trip to Xelha but the first trip with our children. It’s so worth it. I do suggest bringing your own full face snorkel for the smaller children. And teach them a couple of hand signs to use. We did a simple thumbs up or down because you cannot hear what the person in the mask is saying.
We did have a pair of chacos stolen but of course we could have put them in a locker and didn’t so we can’t be too upset.

Highly recommend checking how far you are from the hotel and how big your group is before you do or don’t but the transfer. We didn’t book the transfer and paid 332 round trip for a taxi for 12 people. Just barely over the price of adding the bus ride. The only perk was that we were on our own schedule.

The biodegradable sunscreen has gotten so much better over the years so definitely just get some there.

Xel-Ha Park- so much to do for the whole family. We went for 8 hours and it was not enough time. The food was included in the ticket price and was delicious and never ending. So are the free margaritas, beer and beverages . The US theme parks could not match the value here. We only went on the water slide, zip lines and lazy river. We have to go back next year to do the rest. What a complete blast!

We spent a day here in July and it was one of the highlights of our holiday. It’s not for the faint hearted, it a very active day out and bring plenty of sun cream, there isn’t a lot of shade. We did most of the activities on offer with the exception of the dolphin and manatee experiences, I find the idea of exploiting captive marine mammals distasteful. We loved the zip lines and the journey through the mangroves and the snorkelling in the lagoon was great. The food in the buffet restaurant was tasty and fresh. In all a great day out. I do however have concerns about Xel-Ha’s environmental credentials. They insist that you bring non-toxic sunscreen to protect the marine life which is fine, yet they have introduced a boat excursion in a powerboat with a dirty great Diesel engine pumping fumes into the lagoon. They have also introduced “single use” disposable snorkels which is a poor decision in a world drowning in plastic. Management really should review these policies.

The park is AMAZING! The people at the park is very nice and helpful! It’s the second time that we came to the park and we will be back next year! We are creating great memories here!!

A great time for families with kids of all ages. Some of the smaller ones may not be able to zip line but the kids area is great too. A huge open water park like none other. Spend a little extra for up close dolphins encounters. Highly recommended
