Fun for teens and adults. Lots to do and see. We took shuttle service from resort. Picked us up at 7am but park doesn’t open til 8:30 and no food untill 9:30 so huge lines once food opened… would be better to open at park entrance so could trickle in as people arrive. Lazy river through mangrove trees, cliff jumping, ziplines, snorkeling. Lots of fun without paying for extras.

Great place I enjoyed the eco park aspect. Drinks weren’t bad for an all inclusive, pina colada’s were amazing. None of the parrots moved or flapped their wings they all stayed still like they were stuck to the branches and their wings were clipped. By closing time they were gone like they just collected them and put them in a cage. I understand it’s just a bird but that’s no way to treat an animal.

We booked through Viator, though you could book direct or through your hotel. It is a huge ecological adventure park. Our huge Xel Ha bus picked us up at 7 am for our 2+ hour drive (without bathrooms) from our north-of-the-hotel-zone hotel (Villa del Palmar). There were TVs with a preview of the extra paid for activities playing on loop mode. The first loop or two were actually helpful.
When we arrived, it was just so many people. We got it and then decided what extra activities to book. I would definitely try to do that online in advance. One less step and they do sell out. Also, if you can arrange private transportation I am sure it would be faster than the Xel Ha mega bus situation. So many groups and people slowed things down. The only extra thing we opted to do was the picture package. It was fun as there were photographers and pictures kiosks in creative places all over the park.
Included: all the food and drinks, lockers, life jackets and snorkel gear, water shoes, towels and a number of fun activities such as: the river float, cliff jumping, the rope adventure area, kids park and play area, super tall water slide tower (with 4 separate slides), Mayan cave swim, a small cenote you can swim in, beautiful birds, hammocks all around, bike riding, a crazy bridge, and beautiful walking trails.
All the rest is extra: dolphins, manatee, zip bikes, snuba, insane boat ride, speed snorkel, etc. Be ware that there are not a lot of paid options for kids under 8. In fact, a good number are 10+.
Also, know that the picture package for the park does not include the dolphin experience. Know that the experience is totally viewable from the sides and someone outside your party can take videos/pics, they just are super close.
Also, everyone basically arrives and leaves at the same time. Lunch was no big deal but everyone had the same good idea of trying to each before getting back on the bus at 5:45 so lines were long. We would absolutely go again and come a little better prepared next time.

Great excursion! The tour was an all day event. Good staff a little slow to get started, unmanned stations at the beginning of the day. The park is beautiful and well maintained. Good food for all inclusive.
Things-to-do (mostly water based activities) float in lazy river. Zip line into water. Snorkeling. Cenote exploration. My son commented it reminded him of a Florida eco-tourist attraction (Universal/Disney) if they had one.

This place was great! The food was delicious and there was so much to do. We didn’t need to purchase any extra activities and still had a full day packed with adventures! My 4 boys from age 7 to 15 loved it
