We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

get some drinks flowing and go down the lazy river stingray guy was being a fed and trying to make us pay but if you just swim around the bouys he has set up even more rays coming so close you could even touch them. For the price your paying crazy experience and all inclusive food and liq definitely worth it.

Xel-ha was super fun…except I absolutely hated the water slide. I wasn’t able to sit up at the end and it shot out so fast that I got water all in my face, up my nose, and down my throat…and it was salt water! I did appreciate that they had towels at this park! And we got to keep the snorkels as souvenirs. We also did the manatee experience and it was awesome!
