We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

The park itself was great – the activities are amazing. It did not get 5* because on the top of the not cheap ticket, they seem to try to squeeze more money out of you in any way! The photo package was expensive too and I needed to “chase” a photographer to take photo of us instead of them “chasing” us! But otherwise – great experience!

Sadly this is not the beautiful Xel ha I went to with my parents as a teen and was so excited to show my son. It was now an amusement park. We had fun. But the really fun stuff was soooo expensive. And it all seemed like a fake amusement park and the food area was soooo crowded. It was not the secluded paradise I remember. Wish we had done the cenotes or something else. My son did have fun but he didn’t realize the whole thing was a man-made park from something once so beautiful.

We went snuba diving through the cenotes. This was a dream activity that cost a little extra and was more than worth it. We swam for 45 minutes, and Alberto and the rest of the staff were amazing guides; patient, clear in direction, kind, and humorous. Highly recommend this activity.

Great service from start to finish. We were picked up at our hotel and arrived early so were able to book any additional activities we wanted to do without queuing.

The all inclusive is a great idea – it meant the food was of a great quality and not the usual burgers and chips you usually get at theme parks etc.

We traveled as a family and had a great time – would definitely recomment
