We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We had a great day with our two kids (6 and 10). Did the stingray experience and swam with dolphins. Plus snorkelling. Would rate the stingray experience highly. Especially for young kids. The dolphin swim was too short and mostly an excuse to try to sell you very overpriced photos at the end.
I used a mobility scooter that I rented in Cancún for the week and was impressed that they were able to pick me up in a bus with a lift so I could take it to the Park. Mostly the staff accommodated my needs. The paths are rough and there are stairs to most activities, but if you have some mobility, you should be able to manage.
Food was fine, but really didn’t have a lot of time to eat and drink since we were trying to do everything.
It is an expensive day. Around $1000 US with the extras for a family of four. And a long bus ride from Cancún (2 and a half hours each way). But it is the most memorable part of our vacation.

This park was amazing. It was way way better than Xcaret park if you’re going to do both go to Xcaret park first otherwise you’ll be disappointed because Xhela is so much better. The photos for a family of five swimming with the dolphins was a rip off it was way way too expensive $500.

Great place to spend the day! Everything from the food, staff and environment to the beauty of the natural surroundings were great! My girlfriend and I had a great day at the park and the Dolphin Sea Trek was completely worth the extra money. We’ll definitely be back for some more fun.

Great day out we spent hours and hours snorkelling in the lagoon, the food in the main large restaurant was superb, all in all a great day.

Perhaps check-in could be made a little quicker, we faced a 30 minute slow queue to get in.

Loved it! Excellent all inclusive natural water park. Slide down one of 4 water slides in the tall lighthouse tower, swim in the Maya Riviera, snorkel, zip line into the river, complete rope courses over the water, float past mangroves, swim in mystical grottos, ride your bicycle to a xenote, and enjoy the buffets with their unlimited food, treats, and drinks. Best of all, you can enjoy taking unlimited photos throughout the park hands free and stress free, and then purchase them at the end for a small price. It was worth it to save those memories. We took 101 photos and paid 60 dollars for them. We were also picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We were at the park from when it opened to when it closed. Would definitely visit again and other Xcaret parks! Thank you!
