We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We had a great day. There was plenty to do and plenty of sun. It was busy on the day we went, but we seemed to find plenty of space.

Amazing park, tons of activities. Be prepared to walk, the park is huge! People are so nice. Photo package is totally worth it! Don’t do the sea treck. It’s very mucky and you can’t really see much.

This place is little more than a glorified tourist trap with terrible snorkeling. We visited Xel Ha about 15-20 years ago and the snorkeling was exceptional. Since that time, they’ve added a tubing option on the river and performed a ton of construction in the water to make cliff jumping options, an obstacle course, and a zip line. My teenagers weren’t impressed with any of these features. For snorkeling, I saw more lost snorkels at the bottom of the water than I did aquatic life. Don’t be duped or waste your precious vacation time. There are plenty of better options than this trap.

The bus picked us up on time and we got there early and walked the entire park. There are lots of activities that you can pay extra for but we enjoyed what was included. The food and staff are amazing. The water slide had a long line and I went down very slow and almost got stuck. The snorkeling was great. Saw all sorts of fish and some rays. I also saw a barracuda!
