We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

Tulum has a lot of history but the guide tours were bad. Edgar said almost everything in English and just the last world in Spanish. He blamed the company for the bad organization. Edgar did the tour in English and his helper Ruth in Spanish. Because of the unprofessional attitude of Edgar we decided to take the tour in Spanish. Ruth was very friendly but the information was very poor.
I recommend to take the Tulum tour with another company.

Xel Ha was very fun, we love it!!!!! The staff was friendly and hard workers!!!!

We took a tour bus from Cancun. The tour guide, Eduardo, told us on the bus everything we needed to know. The entrance was very crowded and crazy. Once inside, locker secured, it was a fabulous day. We did add the scuba. Amazing experience. We took Eduardo’s advice and waited until later in the afternoon to do the lighthouse slide so the line was low. When we come again, we will start at the back of the park. Almost too much to do all in one day. By 5:00pm we were exhausted. All of the staff was fluent in English and very helpful. Things to know. You can trade them your sun screen for eco park friendly sun screen. They return yours at the end of the day. On a side note, the mixed drinks were generous!

If you enjoy water and activities that revolve around water, you will enjoy this place! We visited with our 10,7,&7 year old and had the best day ever! The kids loved all of the activities and the smiles and laughs were great. I’m not sure it would have been as enjoyable for younger children. My children also are great swimmers and spend their summers in a pool.

Make sure you bring water shoes because there is A LOT of walking. There is no need to bring a towel because you can get one at each locker station. Bring a backpack with a dry change of clothes when the day is over because you will want them. Lockers are free of charge.

Food and drinks are plentiful and great. The worst part is the price of pictures but take a water proof case for your phone and you are set.

The slide, zip line, water ropes, lazy river, and caves were awesome. We loved our day!

Our only excursion whilst staying in Mexico due to sun poisoning, but I am glad we decided to choose Xel-Ha! Such a fun day out. So much to do and you’ll leave absolutely exhausted ready for bed! The food was abysmal but apart for that, a great day. Loads to do and loads to see / in fact, we couldn’t even go on the slide because we didn’t have time after having so much fun! Loved all the fish I could see and the lazy river was cool too. Felt so brave jumping off the cliff of courage! Top day out for all the family. Tip – you don’t need water shoes. Clip your flip flops to your life jacket!

The kids (8 and 9 yo) and I loved the zip lining, snorkelling and best of all the helter skelter at the lighthouse !! The place is a little crowded but it’s so big that you can still enjoy the rides and waiting lines are never too long.
