We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

We were very inpresed with our visit to Xel-Ha Park. The entrance to the park is very inviting. It is as if you are walking in the jungle, next to the beach. There are many activites for you to do. Rafting in the mangrove trees laden water way was one of our favorites. The food was very good at each location. Free beer and alcohol.

The experience is always priceless, however since our last visit they have manage to make more money out of the park, by adding things like unlimited pictures at different stations, and other water activities. The place looked the same, still beautiful, the only negative aspect is the fact that the beautiful water we are used to, has been affected by the “Sargazo” brown algae that is everywhere here in Cancun. The food is still ok, they have a few shops that are surprisingly affordable. In summary I still recommend you come and visit the park. Don’t loose anything you borrow its $25.00 U.S. even for the locker key.

Great lagoon area with open access for marine life to go to and from the sea. Lots of wildlife to see. And many other activities associated with water as well. A very majestic and well managed location. Company takes serious its relationship with the local environment. A+

Xei ha is an amazing destination to spend a day at an ecological sustainable water park. There is a river that is the central focus of the park with a train or bike to get to the beginning of it and then inflatables or snorkelling to take at your leisure. Through the river you will see 3 drops you can jump off, a mini adventure course and 3 different zip wires. At the end you just climb out and land in front of all the restaurants and locker stations. Flippers, masks, towels and snorkels are provided (the snorkel is free to keep) and life jackets allow it to be a pleasant experience. There is a lighthouse 140 meters high with 2 slides to choose from to come down and we chose to take part in 2 extra cost paying activities which were fish therapy and adrenalina. Adrenalina is a high speed boat that not only spins you 360 it also fully submerged you twice in the water while still in the boat. The funnest easiest day ever.

We chose Xel Ha as our one and only excursion during our week long trip to Cancun. It delivered everything we were hoping! We spent HOURS snorkeling….it was so easy and we saw SO many fish! We enjoyed the hiking path up to the top of the river, and saw many iguanas, birds, and even some coati crossed our path! We leisurely tubed down the river and enjoyed the sights along the way. The Macaws were amazing! The food was great, although we didn’t even want to stop snorkeling to eat! We did not do any paid upgrades, and felt our day was so full and fun without it, although we would do the dolphin encounter on our next visit.
