We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

I’ve shared a lot about my Mexico trips and specially the parks at Playa del Carmen (very close to Cancun) in my Cancun highlights 💦🌳🏝🏖 There’s two ways that you can do Mexico or more specifically Cancun, one would be getting one of those all inclusive deals and stay at your hotel and lay by the beach all day and have your drink and just relax 😎 🏖 however the other way is to try these adventures parks (I like the second one better 😜🤷🏻‍♀️). Here’s a ranking based on what I like from each park:
~Xplor is the one with caves and lots of ziplining AND food is included
~Xplor Fuego is basically Xplor at night which I love cause zipping at night is really fun with fires 🔥 AND food is included
~Xelha also has zipping but it’s more in the water but it’s major attraction is it huge lake with lots of beautiful and colorful fish 🐠 you can also do a stingray tour or scuba diving AND food & alcohol is included 😋🍹🍸
~Xcaret is good if you have kids since it’s a combination of caves, cultural shows, beach etc AND food is also included
~Xenote is not like regular park, it’s more like a tour in jungle 😅 it’s a really active experience , you get to jump into a cenote, zip line, jump off of a cliff and a lot more AND food is included. The time that we were in the car moving from one location to another was too long though 🤦🏻‍♀️
~Xsens plays with your senses and totally different from the others and not much of a water park but it’s fun and it’s the cheapest of all.

Excellent park we enjoyed this more than xcaret park!
Lots for my 5-8year olds to do we loved the lagoon!
We choose to swim with dolphins great experience but come on £470 to swim with dolphins is ok,but £320+ for pictures!
After paying so much for park entry anyway the day costs you £1200-1500 this is the price of a weeks holiday?
Unlimited buffet
Would recommend the option of a earlier pick up also as young kids 8-6pm is a long time we ended up getting a taxi to hotel for another £900 pesos
All in all a great one off experience but would I return probably not,
Cliff jump was great
Rubber rings
All in all would recommend but be prepared to pay ££££££ for extras

This was such a cool way to immerse ourselves in what Playa offers. The water temp was perfect in May. The food was pretty decent and we liked that it was included. The tube ride through the river was bumper to bumper traffic and not running well. The bikes and snorkeling were our favorite! Finished the day with a nice nap in one of their many hammocks

Great clean park. Nice set of activities for visitors of various ages. My kids enjoyed goofing on ballons down the stream, jumping from the cliff, swimming in the senote and jumping to the river from the zip line

I would definitely come back
