We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

A natural cove/Bay that has been ‘enhanced’ to make it easier to explore and appreciate. Just walk around in your swim gear and partake in various activities such as snorkeling with colourful fish and stingrays, swimming, cliff diving, lazy river floating, zip slides, water assault course and other tamer activities such as having a dip in a cenote. It’s great that it’s an all inclusive affair with very decent food at various locations included. I found all staff to be very friendly and helpful.
A slight thumbs down on two counts: firstly, the lack of changing and shower facilities given the nature of the attraction and the high popularity and secondly, the bus pick up arrangements which was nothing less than chaotic and clearly not thought through for the volumes of people there.
All in all however, a worthwhile visit suitable for all ages of children and plenty to keep most people interested.

A day here is a full day expect to have lots of fun from the lazy river to cliff jumping and best of all swimming with Dolphins the only downside is cost of photos expect to £100 plus that said I would go again in a heartbeat as said by other guests the pick up transport at the end was chaos we also visited Xplor on another day and that was madness at the end but don’t let that put you off Go and have one the best days ever

My husband and I visited Xel-Ha as part of the Tulum/Xel-Ha excursion. This was without doubt one of our favourite parks! From swimming in caves/xenotes to wondering around beautiful lakes and floating down a long, natural river, we had a very relaxed day and took many photos!
We started our visit by going to the top of the observation/look-out tower, as we were told that you could get some fantastic views up here, but it was disappointing to find out that we were not allowed to take any photos from the top of this building! We believe this is so that you have to pay for the photos taken by Xel-Ha, which we found a little frustrating as we had the photo package, but still wanted to document our visit with our own images and not the posed ones by Xel-Ha’s cameras. We completed the waterslide, which I personally found to be a very uncomfortable experience, with salt water spraying into your eyes and difficulty standing up in the pool at the end (even as a strong swimmer!). We saw many people being rescued by the lifeguards.
By far our favourite aspect of this park was the river float. It was a beautiful river to float down at your own pace, had the option of swimming/snorkelling or relaxing in an inflatable seat. Along the way there were activities to take part in such as cliff jumps, walking along a rope and zip-lines (my husband was able to act like a big kid again!)
We visited the Mexican Buffet for lunch and this did not disappoint, we really enjoyed the food and it was exactly what we needed to regain our energy after our adventures in the water!
Overall we had a great day at Xel-Ha and would definitely recommend it was a beautiful, natural water park!

We went to Xel Ha and had a blast. The day just flew by. Got to go down a 44 meter slide. We got to go on inner tubes through the water to adventure park and then zip lined. We got to go on the sea trek adventure and touch a sting ray which was really cool. They have a cenote that was pretty cool. We did fish therapy and SPA massage which was amazing. They have all you can eat and drink buffets available and the food is of good quality. The infermary was also excellent. My daughter hurt her knee and they treated her with great care.

A fun, action packed day! Xel-ha is not only stunning to look at but the activities on offer make it a highly enjoyable day! From zip wires to cliff jumps to lazy inner tubing down the mangrove river to the lagoon you will not be disappointed. Plenty of secure lockers for your stuff. We booked with Tui and got 50% discount on ‘extra activities’ in the park and got a great deal on the photo package. Superb day – I’m only sad I had to leave!
