We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

This place is so much fun, my teens enjoyed it. The snorkeling section is so big and so many fishes to see. zip lining was so much fun, it looks like a small kidding section but its fun! Warning: if your going to try the cliff jumping pay attention! keep your feet and toes to the ground, do not try to sit! Its only 13 feet but I’m still in pain from putting my feet up at the last min and landing on my butt. overall it was fun! 🙂
the big slide was so much fun and the line moves quickly. overall it was a great experience!

I went on an excursion to XelHa through my resort and arrived around 8:30. Since we were there so early, we skipped the lines and did not purchase any extra experiences (dolphins, manatees, scuba), since we already paid $135 for an all day, all you can eat/drink package with the general park. The slide and adventure world are awesome. The zip line portions and lazy river are the most exciting parts. The quality of the food is mediocre at best, and we enjoyed laying around in the hammocks for most of our trip. We were just there too long and would have rather done a half day with a cultural event for the other part, rather than be stuck at the park all day. It’s a ton of kids and open water. The gift shop is awesome (bring cash), but the main attraction is snorkeling, which can get boring after an hour. Spend half a day there and you’ll be fine.

Well organized and clean park. However, not for adults that have experienced other snokeling, fish viewing excursions. Would only recommend for families with kids 6 – 16 years old. The food at the Mexican Restaurant was very authentic and delicious. Admission package only includes basic attractions. Be aware that you need to spend another $100USD to do the more “exciting” activities.

was ok. was expecting more rides and structures though. the underwater diving is amazing. my daughter, 9 years old, had a blast but soon got bored. the food is really nice and good choices/options. bathrooms are decent for the number of people in the park

Expensive but worth every penny ! Yes not perfect and there’s a bunch of attractions that you have to pay extra. Still, you don’t need these attractions to have an amazing day snorkeling and having fun with your family!!
