We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

You will enjoy a full day tour of fun, since the opening of the park you have at your disposal a restaurant for breakfast, snorkeling and activities are unlimited, as well as drinks in any of its 7 bars, you can eat, drink and snorkeling as much as you want and can.

If anyone has a complaint about this place, they need to have themselves checked out by a professional.It is a marvel of nature.
From the moment you enter til the moment you leave it is fun. You can do as much or as little as you want.

There is so much to do here in this natural waterpark.

We swam with the dolphins which was expensive but excellent.

This is an open plan natural water park with exceptional snorkelling and water sports throughout the park. There is a water tower slide which is great but far from the best thing to do. My family and I stumbled across the mangle covered river and rode down it in our inflatable armchairs, there are plenty of these available for all. The food was also great and included in the entry fee.

If you’re in this part of the world you simply have to take the time to visit this place if you’re a family or just an active couple.

Decided to visit this park due to variety of water activities – had a great day but be prepared to be very tired after !! Had all inclusive package which was good as we had to leave hotel at the crack of dawn – there are too many activities to mention but it’s a great day out – would definitely recommend

I booked the complete dolphin experience for myself and my 16yr old daughter through TUI. It cost over 400 USD which I certainly don’t think is cheap. The morning activity with the dolphins was fantastic but sadly the Dolphin Trek was a complete waste of time.

It was described as “You’ll go on a 20 minute Dolphin trek underwater – don a helmet and descend into the water to walk along the seabed taking in the underwater world as you go” but in reality you went into the water then just stood by a rail for 15/20mins while 1 single dolphin swam in front of you. It was that far away from myself and my daughter that we couldn’t even touch it. Don’t know about you but I certainly wouldn’t call that a “Trek”.

Xel Ha was a gorgeous park! There is so much to do there that there is no way it could all be done in one day. We didn’t do any of the Dream Activities but our day was still packed. There was a ton of wildlife all around the park (the macaws were my favourite). The snorkeling was excellent. Places with high concentrations of fish are marked with a fish shaped wind sock. The cliff diving was great too. If it’s your first time there, I’d recommend that you do a single Dream Activity in the day (Adrenalina or the Snuba Walk would have been our picks) and then enjoy the rest of the included activities in the park.
